Well furnished and maintained beach house. Just steps away from a private beach access with gazebo overlooking the ocean. Beautiful views from almost every room. Large front porch with rocking chairs and two back decks with gas grill.
House is well suited for beach living with an enclosed outdoor shower. Bike rentals close by and location in the center of Kure Beach offers excellent biking destinations such as the city park, Fort Fisher and the NC aquarium. Good shopping and restaurants are nearby and Historic Downtown Wilmington is 20 minutes away.

- Twin/Single Bed (4) : There are two twin beds and a crib in the blue room on the main level and there is a daybed with a pull-out trundle on the upstairs loft.
- Bunk Bed : A Bunk Bed is downstairs in the kid's room. There is also a full sized sofa, two kid-sized futon chairs, and a half bath. The kids room is stocked with a TV, toys, books, and puzzles for lots of entertainment.
- Convertible Bed : Loft outside of Master Bedroom on 3rd Floor has a twin daybed with a separate pull out trundle bed.
- Crib : Crib is in the blue room on the main level along with two twin beds (mentioned previously)

Refundable Security deposit of $500 due with final payment
14% Room Occupancy Tax is assessed.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Maude's Manor. The description of the house and location were perfect. The pictures online were very accurate depiction of the house, but still didn't do the house justice! We all enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch in the mornings and evenings. The house was immaculate when we arrived. There were books, DVDs, games, puzzles, beach toys, beach chairs, bicycles, scooters, and fishing gear to enjoy - I'm sure I'm forgetting something - but more than we could have imagined. I would definitely book this house again in the future and have already recommended it to friends and family who are planning to visit the area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
