Well furnished and maintained beach house. Just steps away from a private beach access with gazebo overlooking the ocean. Beautiful views from almost every room. Large front porch with rocking chairs and two back decks with gas grill.
House is well suited for beach living with an enclosed outdoor shower. Bike rentals close by and location in the center of Kure Beach offers excellent biking destinations such as the city park, Fort Fisher and the NC aquarium. Good shopping and restaurants are nearby and Historic Downtown Wilmington is 20 minutes away.

- Balcony: Balcony is off of the Master Bedroom. This is a wonderful ocean view and perfect for watching fireworks in the summer!
- Gazebo: Beautiful gazebo, belonging to the HOA, is located across the street. This acts as a walkway to the ocean. This is a private gazebo for HOA members only and their guests, and we provide you with a key. Great place to relax!

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Nov 1 - March 31: $1150/week or $175/night (3 night minimum)
April 1-May 31: $1350/week or $200/night (3 night minimum)
Jun 1-Nov. 1: $1650/week or $250/night (3 night minimum)
$100 Cleaning Fee will be assessed for each stay.
First half of payment due to reserve dates. Final payment due 14 days prior.
Refundable Security deposit of $500 due with final payment
13.5% Sales Tax is assessed.
