Welcome to our home away from home! Suite #1103 in Kelowna's premiere Sunset Waterfront Resort is perfectly situated to take advantage of the spectacular local scenery. This condominium resort is located in the heart of Kelowna's tourist district close to the Grand Hotel, the Marina and Prospera Place.
The View
From the southwest balcony you can enjoy a panoramic view of beautiful Lake Okanagan. The east balcony offers views of the city of Kelowna nestled in the surrounding mountains.
Luxury Living
The bright living area is appointed with leather furnishings. Curl up near the gas fireplace in an oversized chair or enjoy your choice of entertainment on the large 37" LCD TV complete with DVD. The Suite has free wireless internet. The leather sofa converts to a comfortable Queen sized bed.
The Master Bedroom
The spacious sleeping quarters allow for a King Size Bed with pocket coil mattress and a cozy warm duvet. A mirrored double bureau and complementing end table complete the room along with a full closet. Unwind watching a wall mounted LCD TV from your bed.
The Den
Need extra room for guests or the kids? Give them their own space with their own entertainment. The den has a TV, DVD and Gamecube with accessible plugs-ins for other game controllers. The sofa easily converts into another Queen sized bed with a comfortable Serta Beauty Rest sofa mattress.
The Kitchen
The aroma of coffee is never far off with a full kitchen in your suite. The Kitchen has maple cabinetry, tile flooring and elegant black appliances. These include a modern glass cook top range, full size fridge, microwave, built-in dishwasher, coffee-maker and an AM/FM CD player that is also Ipod/MP3 capable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything from quality serving and cookware to barbeque utensils.
Dining
Eat and enjoy the view off the East balcony from the maple and glass dining table large enough to seat six. Extra seating and dining space is available at the raised kitchen eating bar.
For your convenience the suite also includes a stacked washer/dryer and a secure assigned underground parking stall.
Maximum occupancy is for 6 guests (4 adults).

We had to make a last minute plan after a car accident cancelled our camping trip. We were lucky to find this condo last minute and truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate with anything we could need. The location was great to walk to activities and restaurants - no need to take the car our of the parking lot. The access to the beach was a bit of a walk, but definitely manageable even with all the paraphernalia necessary for an 8 year old. We enjoyed the pool and had our breakfast on the deck everyday. Thanks again! You saved our summer vacation.
