Sunny Days Cottage: New to Sunny Days Cottage is our two tier deck and a wood burning hot tub(for the exclusive use of Sunny Days renters). This cottage has two bedrooms plus a convertible bed to accommodate 6 guests as well as a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and living room.
Snug Hill Cottage: Newly renovated bathroom, complete with a walk-in tile shower.

Enjoy both the outstanding view of the spectacular ships of the St. Lawrence River (don't worry, they are quiet!) as well as the plentitude of activities in the Thousand Island Region.
This property is situated on the "St. Lawrence Narrows" so you can share the water with the great freighters! Off to the left of the cottages is a great swimming area protected by small islands and with a beautiful babbling brook.
In just 5 minutes (by boat or car) you can enjoy Alexandria Bay and one of the many events (1000 Islands Poker Run, Kidrific Weekend, Pirate Weekend, Concerts in the Park...) or take in the scenery of Wellesley Island known for its magnificent nature trails and historic Thousand Island Park.
Bring your boat, dockage on site! It does not get easier than this!
There are 3 immaculate Golf Courses very near this property, one of which is the Thousand Islands Golf Club which once was exclusively private and warranted a $100,000 initiation fee prior to the depression!

We love the peacefulness of the water and the privacy of our location with the benefit of great destinations (Clayton or Alex Bay) by boat or by car! The two cottages are also great to spread out a bit on your vacation.
The Unique Benefits of this 2 Cabins
Enjoy fishing off the dock, watching the Herons fly by, kayak in the peaceful creek or just sit on the dock and enjoy the sun (and when the sun goes down, fire up the wood burning hot tub!)
