We offer a number of deluxe upgraded air-conditioned one-bedroom suites at the Waikiki Banyan and the Waikiki Sunset. These 2 marvelous condominium buildings are conveniently located in the prime area of Waikiki, one block from world famous Waikiki Beach, and steps away from shopping, restaurants, entertainment and the Honolulu Zoo. There is a bus stop outside the building.
Each building boasts the following:
- An extravagant lobby with nice seating areas and a delightful station that can arrange for tours and excursions.
- An excellent recreation deck with ample facilities, including a large swimming pool, tennis court, sauna room, barbecue grills, picnic areas, showers and restrooms. There is also a mini-mart and an internet room within each building. Waikiki Banyan also has 2 jacuzzis, a basketball court and a putting green.
- Washer and Dryer landry facilities on every floor at the Waikiki Banyan and on every other floor at the Waikiki Sunset.
- Indoor Parking - ample non-assigned parking spaces with multiple in/out privileges. With each rental, we charge only $5 per day or $95 per month.
Each beautiful air-conditioned One Bedroom Suite features the following:
Living Room: Couch, chairs, coffee table, Cable TV, phone with free local and toll-free calls, answering machine and accessible dial-up internet connection.
Bedroom: A Queen size and a Twin size bed. Large closet, a dresser with ample drawers, 2nd TV with DVD/ CD player, 2nd phone (extension line), clock radio
Full kitchen: Well equipped with range/oven, microwave, large refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster and rice cooker. Cookware, dinner ware and dining utensils are provided. Large kitchen sink with garbage disposal.
Bathroom: Shower and Bath tub, hair dryer
