The best house we have stayed is so far at Oceanside =) The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It was plenty of room for our family. The girls had a blast fishing and feeding the ducks.

Our stay at this beautiful beach home just ended 7/24 and boy did we not want to leave! The minute you walk in and take in the open floor plan, fantastic natural light flooding in and the soothing color scheme, you're hooked! Not to mention the lake and fountain views especially at night. Everyone who has seen pictures or stopped by, mention how lovely this house is. The house is clean and well appointed. Our girls love the golf cart and easy access to the beach. As far as I'm concerned this will always be our beach vacation home!

This is great place to stay. The house had everything we needed. It was very spacious and clean. The fountain in the lake was very relaxing. We have stayed at Oceanside Village off and on for over 20 years. We have stayed at different houses. This is the best house by far. Next time we come back we will stay here.I would highly recommend it to family and friends. It made a great vacation for our family.
Owner response:Time after time, we get great responses from our renters. While I hear all the good things, I am going to start suggesting they post the responses on VRBO for others to see. We designed this as a home we would like to visit. We welcome families and friends who want a laid back, slower pace for their getaway. Note the calendar, its is rented every December thru April for the foreseeable future. These renters do not even ask for deposits back, they just roll them over year to year. This will give you an idea how good this place is. 2009 in the depths of the recession was our best year yet. In 2010, we only missed June 5 and still have open Aug 28..both of which are really tight with school schedules. Reading above, you can see how much this place is rented year after year. The calendar speaks for itself. Good luck, hope you decide to rent with us. If I were you, I'd rent my 2011 week by end of this year..in 2009, we had four summer weeks rented by December 31, 2009.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We had a great time. The beach house was clean & decoreted so nice. It had plenty of room for the kids to run around & play. The golf cart made it so much fun to go to the beach or the pool. My kids loved to go for rides. Can't wait to go back!

This is such a beautiful home, very clean and well decorated! It is a very short walk or golf cart ride to either pool, within view of the playground, and a short ride to the beach! Buddy and Brenda are great people to get to know! And the golf cart rocks! We made great memories there! We spent lots of time at the Pier with the kids singing karaoke, listening to music, and fishing from the Pier, and just a short ride back to the house.

I've have been using vrbo for several years, I would have to say that Buddy was the most accomidating host we have ever had. The house was great and my 4 year old had a great time feeding the ducks and riding on the golf cart. I would recomend this property to anyone.

We had the most wonderful time staying in Cloud Nine. The kids loved riding their bikes, golf cart, catching fish(and turtles)feeding the ducks. The pools are great. There's not alot of traffic so we felt safe. Everything is so nice inside the house. You really feel at home & have plenty of room. We are coming back in September and next summer.
