Beautifully furnished and equipped studio right in the middle of everything in Breckenridge. Great views, ski in, ski out convenience but also in the center of town. No car, no problem. Take a shuttle from Denver International Airport and save time, trouble and aggravation. Too many restaurants and shops to count within walking distance. Free trolley around town, free Stage bus to nearby ski resorts of Arapahoe Basin, Keystone or Copper Mountain or to shopping at the Silverthorne Outlet Malls. Or if you like the freedom a car gives park in our free underground parking area.
Or don't go anywhere. Instead relax at the resort's on site Blue Sage Spa and treat yourself to any of a number of exotic specials. Workout in the remodeled health club. Weight room and exercise area, hot tubs, indoor/outdoor heated pool, steam room and sauna are all available for your use. Send the kids to the arcade with video games and a pool table. A multi-million dollar renovation of the common areas has just been completed.
Summer is our favorite time of year with almost unlimited recreational activities. In addition to the above resort activities enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, shopping, sightseeing and river rafting.
This studio is well equipped with almost every amenity imaginable. Cook a gourmet meal or pack a lunch to eat on the trail. A queen pull out sofa bed in addition to a standard queen size bed makes this studio an economical option to other lodging choices. Check out our awesome off season rates too. My family of four stayed here during our recent ski trip. The location is perfect, located next to the lift and Main Street. We ate breakfast in the room each morning and even cooked dinner one night. The condo has recently been renovated from top to bottom and is beautifully done. Much better than current pictures show.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

My husband and I were looking for a ski in/ski out condo in Breckenridge and this studio was perfect! The lift is right outside the front door. The views were incredible - even nicer than we expected for the very reasonable rate the owners charged. We would - and have - recommended this unit to anyone who is looking for a tremendously ski-convenient, cozy place to stay in Breckenridge.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Thank you for letting us stay in your condo. My husband and I had a great time. The location was outstanding for our ski trip! We had breakfast and lunch everyday in the condo and walked into town for our dinners. The amenities were nice and we will definitely be back to stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

Just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful time we had staying at your place. My wife and I found the location extremely convenient for us and our 9 year old child. We parked the car in the garage and never had the need to drive it during our stay because we were in walking distance to everything. It was also great being so close to the slopes that it was easy to go back to the place for a rest and/or get some lunch. Your listing accurately displayed what your place had to offer. I would definitely recommend this place to any small family or couple looking for a great location in Breckenridge.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.

We love Breckenridge and felt that this location in town was perfect to be able to ski in/out and still be close enough in town to walk to all the activities and restaurants even if it is snowing.
