This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath "Reverse Living" family home in a great location, within walking distance to the Beach (4 blocks), the Bay, Fantasy Island Amusement Park,Thundering Surf Water Park, Miniature Golf, playgrounds, basketball courts and local restaurants, shopping, and the Surflight Theater. Our beautiful home is less than 10 years old, is in impecable condition, and has 2 living areas and 4 bedrooms, including 2 master bedroom suites, one on each of the top floors.
There are three decks, including a spacious roof deck with panoramic views of the island, and beautiful sunset views over the bay. Amenities include a gas grill, a stereo indoor-outdoor speaker system, gas fireplace, central air conditioning, 2 microwave ovens, and a large fenced-in backyard. The kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave oven, blender, coffee pot, refrigerator, as well as pots and pans, utensils, and ample dishes, drinking glasses, etc.
In 2010 we will be offering free WiFi !!!!!
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Pillows, blankets, mattress covers and comforters are provided.
An elevator is available upon request for those with special needs.
Note* An additional fee of $75 per week will charged for use of the elevator to help defray maintenance costs on the elevator.
There is an outdoor shower which has hot and cold water. This is in the backyard which is a large, fenced in space.
You can park your cars and you are within walking distance to all you need for the week, or you can venture out to explore all LBI has to offer. You will surely enjoy our home, and many have chosen to repeat their visits year after year.

The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy the summer weeks in Beach Haven as it is such a family friendly place! So many activities as well as shopping and restaurants are within a short walk. We rarely use our car at all in the weeks that we spend there. The area is quiet, but still lively enough to keep everyone busy. The home is clean, spacious and comfortable, and the beaches are wonderful!

My family and my best friend's family rented the house for our third straight year. It's a great house in a great location. We fit comfortably (4 adults and 5 kids), and appreciate the beach passes, wifi and use of the garage. We're already looking forward to next year!

Our Vacation on July 23rd, 2011 was WONDERFUL. It had ALOT to do with the beautiful home that we stayed in. I would recommend this to anyone. Its clean, and very spacious. I loved so many things about this home, its hard to say exactly what I liked best. I GUESS I liked it all, and looking forward to returning again. just spent a week @ the house in june and it was fantastic. we definitely plan on going back. we had a party of 11 and still had plenty of room in the house...location is perfect especially for those with kids...very short walks to beach, water park, fantasy island, theater, numerous restaurants, etc...

We've vacationed at the house two years in a row and love it. The owners keep the house in great shape, and it's in the perfect location. We walk everywhere, including the beach, shops, Fantasy Island, restaurants, etc. We have 9 people in all - 4 adults and 5 kids - and the house fits us perfectly.
