This property was purchased in 2006 and was gutted and completely remodeled. The architecture design is Old World Mexican Hacienda Style. We used a lot of arches and mirrors and opened the outside oceanfront walls so that the inside and the outside blend together.
This was designed for the use of our winter home, We use it from Nov-May as our home. When you use our units, you too will feel at home. The unit is Oceanfront and we are on the ground floor so that you can easily walk out to the beach. The pool area is off to one side, so it is very private on our side.
The interior is furnished in Old World style with some Colonial Period Antiques. A complete office is set up for your use if you want to stay in touch with the outside world. We have US Dish Cable TV and Sirrus Satellite Radio with 3 stations. There is a US phone line with unlimited long distance to the states. We also have high speed Internet service.
Owners use it for their home and know you will feel the same way. Aurora, our housekeeper comes 2 days per week to clean and take care of the plants. Contact Don Maloney. However, if you would like to use the unit during that time - it will be considered since we also travel frequently.

My Wife , Karen and I found the Best Location in all of PV. We are in a small complex with only 35 units. It is equally occupied by We, Gringos, and the Mexicanos. That is great as we use it primarily in the winter and they in the Summer and Holy week. We gutted our unit down to bare walls and chose the Arcitectural style Of Old World Hacienda , with a lot of arched , Televara Tile, it Captures the period of the early 1600's in Mexico. Our location is Ground floor, so when you want to go to the Beach, it is a short 40 paces to the beach. We are on two small crescent beaches that are almost private, No hazzle with street vendors and Local Parties. It is wonderful!
Why the Owner Chose South Zone
We lived in Hawaii for 5 years and were looking to duplicate that experience...we found it in PV Mexico. We travelled every winter to different locations until we found this slice of Paradise. It is 4 miles south of PV away from the Throngs of people, and too much comotion. This Home was the right size, and the perfect location. We were able to have all the conforts of home. Filtered Water system, dish TV and Cable, Hi-speed WiFi, and a US Phone Line (Vonage) so tht we have unlimited long distance to the States. It has a big plus with Aurora, our housekeeper who will help you have that perfect stay. We are all about 'Making Memories.'

Easy, access to the Beach, Small intimate group of owners, Almost Private Beach, On Bus line to town, Great staff there at the property. Weather is the same lattitude as MAUI Hawaii.
