Two Decks, Direct Beach Access, Swimming Pool and Hot Tub, Walk Over to Beach, nice view of the Gulf. Out side closed in shower with Hot and cold water.
Make this wonderful beach house your home for a Weekend, Week, or Month long vacation. Our wonderful home is decorated with old wooden boat parts which the owner salvaged off of a classic wooden boat. In our living area is a spectacular mural of the beach painted by the owner's wife, Jeannine LaBruzzo. There is also a mural in one of the bedrooms.
The home has gulf views from, ground level, master bedroom, kitchen, to the wonderful second & private third floor decks. Just kick back to the sounds of the gulf. There are also side and back patios for relaxing.
Captains Quarters/Master Suite : Queen Bed, 6-ft Jacuzzi Tub for two, Gulf View
The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has four twin bunks. There is also a queen sleeper in the living room so the home can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.
Kick-N-Back is located in the Sand Point neighborhood, in Port Aransas, close to in town shopping and dinning. The subdivision offers a private pool and hot tub, with a private boardwalk over the dunes to the beach.
Sand Point is close to the Beach Lodge which is Port A's only restaurant/bar on the beach, how ever it is far enough for no noise..

The house was beautiful and very comfy. The beach was a short walk and the pool and jacuzzi were very clean. Had fun with the kiddos and friends all weekend. Got to do this again soon!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family had a wonderful & comfortable time at Kick-N-Back. It was close to the boardwalk & easy to get back & forth to the beach. The outdoor shower was great to clean up grandkids after beach play. The kitchen is well equipped for our family meals. The nautical decor was very interesting. Our legs got stronger everyday using the stairs. We enjoyed ourselves very much & would love to return to this beautiful house. Thank you.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

House was awesome! The pics looked great but when we walked in, it exceeded our already high expectations. Loved the jacuzzi in the Master as well as the private balcony off of the master with ocean views. Danny was a FANTASTIC host! We will definitely be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

OMG, this is the perfect house for our group. Our trip was all about family & the beach. The house had a great location, it was set up well beyond our needs. The only thing you will need is a large pot for any seafood boils & some beach towels. It's a house you can just pack your clothes & go to. We will be renting it again. The local bar was a hoot, hadn't had PBR in a long time, and the food was good. Danny is a great host & full of infomation, very helpful. That's why I like booking from owner owned. Kathy was a great help & does a good job. We had a wonderful experience. This property is not only decorated nicely, it is in a perfection location to the beach/access and also to all the town stores and restaurants. About the owner: Hi name is Danny & Jeannine LaBruzzo We live in Port Aransas now but we were coming here for more than 20 years before we moved. This picture is all our family on the stairs going up to the state rooms and was taken when Kick-N-Back was our beach home away from home.
