This town home is located in the Sage Hill Development in Elkhorn. It is about 1,600 square feet, the middle unit of a 3 unit town home, a ground floor unit, two story with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs It is in a very sunny area, near the Harker Center, more specifically the property is located across the path and small creek from the playground, the pool, and tennis courts. Guests have access to these facilities. It is located a few minutes drive from River Run Lodge of the Ski Hill, and a few minutes drive from Dollar Mountain the "kiddie hill" and the Sun Valley Lodge. The living room has high ceilings. Home is very comfortable, has a great kitchen and TV's in every bedroom. The area and property are clean, quiet and very safe.
There is a free bus service with a stop about 3 blocks from the place.

- Sun Valley is a year round resort with an outdoor and indoor ice rink (all year) with world class skating instruction and shows. There is a great deal of music and entertainment most of the year from symphony, rock and jazz. Wildlife veiwing is phenominal in this general area. Elk have been seen in the Golf Course near by. There are foxes bunnies and deer that walk in front of the home. We have seen moose, antelope, Idaho cranes and wolves in the region. The area has great road and mountain biking trails.
