This wonderful two-bedroom oceanfront condo boasts the finest in decor and care. This condo was decorated by a professional interior decorator. There are numerous upgrades, ceramic tile throughout the condo except in newly carpeted bedrooms, and every room newly painted. New bunk bed with double bed on bottom and twin on the top with upgraded mattresses. This vacation condo features a living area with a 15 foot sliding glass door opening onto the balcony. The Gulf is directly in front of you with a fabulous view from both the living area and the balcony.
Destin beaches are rated in the top ten in the world. This location is ideal; just minutes to everything you need for the perfect vacation. You’ll be only steps away from the pool area and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is no worry about children crossing traffic as the condo is directly on the beach and you do not have to cross roads to get to the pool and beach.
You will also have your own private covered parking place that goes with this condo. This is really an added attraction. Amusements, golf, area attractions and restaurants are all within walking distance. The Track is across the street and the Water Park is also in walking distance.
Sterling Sands is an eight-story condominium complex built in 1995. It is an excellent vacation home for couples as well as families with children. We know that you will enjoy staying here as much as we do. The beautiful white sand beach and the emerald colored Gulf is like no other.

This was perfect for my family of 5. The beds were very comfortable and was nicely decorated. Its about in the middle of the condo with fantastic views. We have been to beaches all over, including NC, FL, Mexico and this was far the best beach for my family. The sand and water were perfect. You so close to everything with a great family venue across the street. We stayed and got to enjoy the free chair and umbrella service which was key. The owners were easy to deal with and answered my call when I had a question when I got to the condo. The whole transaction with them was so smooth. Thank you all for letting us stay in your condo. We hope to come back very soon!
