New bunk bed with double bed on bottom and twin on the top with upgraded mattresses. This vacation condo features a living area with a 15 foot sliding glass door opening onto the balcony. The Gulf is directly in front of you with a fabulous view from both the living area and the balcony.
Destin beaches are rated in the top ten in the world. This location is ideal; just minutes to everything you need for the perfect vacation. You’ll be only steps away from the pool area and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is no worry about children crossing traffic as the condo is directly on the beach and you do not have to cross roads to get to the pool and beach.
You will also have your own private covered parking place that goes with this condo. This is really an added attraction. Amusements, golf, area attractions and restaurants are all within walking distance. The Track is across the street and the Water Park is also in walking distance.
Sterling Sands is an eight-story condominium complex built in 1995. It is an excellent vacation home for couples as well as families with children. We know that you will enjoy staying here as much as we do. The beautiful white sand beach and the emerald colored Gulf is like no other.
