Edgewater Beach Resort is a private, gated community with 24/7 security. The security personnel are all CPR certified!
Our "Beachview" villa has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from both the family room and master bedroom. Can you envision waking up to such a view or enjoying an afternoon beverage while watching a gorgeous sunset? The villa has recently (2007) been painted, carpeted, new decorations and all new bedding and linens throughout!
Imagine yourself lounging by the tropical 11,500 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls or relaxing in one of two hot tubs which overlook the famous "white sands" and beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico!
All of this is possible by a short walk over the pedestrian bridge or by the free tram service which runs continually. Back at the villa, enjoy one of the other eleven pools which are heated during the winter months.

* No "renter" under 25 years of age - "renter" must stay in the villa for the entire stay! Age verification required with contract upon request.
* $250 Security Deposit is required.
* Check-in is 3:30pm CST and check-out is 10:00am CST.
