As we arrived to this Downtown Condo in Telluride, we were greatly suprised with that amount of room, renovations and qaintness of this location. It is a wonderful place to stay and is within walking distance of everything. Two thumbs up!

I cannot say enough nice things about Carrie and her condo! From the beginning, Carrie was accommodating and kind. She promptly returned emails and calls and was patient with me as I handled the task of coordinating a large group of travelers. The condo is amazing! Large and tastefully decorated with everything that you might need during your stay. The views are incredible and it is within walking distance to everything in Telluride. Just to give you an idea of Carrie's kindness....the airline lost our luggage and Carrie immediately offered to lend me clothes. She is great! We will definitely stay there again when in Telluride. Thanks Carrie for a GREAT trip!

Beautiful Setting & Condo

Most condos I've rented in Telluride are small and with our group I've always felt like we're stepping on top of each other. This condo had plenty of space for our group to spread out and we all had plenty of privacy and peace and quiet. It had everything we needed, including a great kitchen for cooking large meals. The location couldn't be better - everything in town is a short walk away!

Great condo. Nicely appointed and furnished. Spacious with great views right up the ski slope. We just walked out the back door of the complex, crossed the street and jumped on the lift. Loved it.

We really enjoyed staying at carries condo in telluride. Location was unbeatable with just a short walk to the ski lift and the grocery store nearby. The condo was spacious and Carrie was great. If we return to telluride we'll consider staying here again.

Telluride wedding

Thanks Carrie for making sure our stay at your condo was as perfect as could be. We were in Telluride for a family wedding. The other family members staying in condos nearby were very jealous of "our" condo with all of the space, lots of windows and excellent views. We couldn't stop looking at the beautiful views of the mountains and gondola from the living room. We were able to walk everywhere and having the market at the end of the hall was very convenient! My kids really enjoyed "their room" upstairs with the TV and games too. We'd like to visit again in the winter! Thanks!

What an awesome vacation we had at your condo, Carrie! From the comfy beds, cozy fireplace and beautiful views from the living area with floor to ceiling glass windows, the steam showers, convenient grocery store right down the hall...I could go on and on! We are so glad that we were able to stay here again. Thank you very much! This is by far the best place we have stayed, very close to the slopes. We have very happy memories here. It is truly lovely having enough room for my cousins, sister, and me to play and have fun. We enjoyed taking walks around the town at night and taking rides on the gondola. The condo was conviently located and had everything we needed! Carrie was very helpful prior to our arrival (New Years Eve 2007) and during. The condo is inviting and relaxing after a day of skiing. Enjoy Telluride.

Carrie was a really wonderful person to rent from -- very organized, responsive and thoughtful. We really enjoyed meeting her. Her condo is very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen is really well stocked, not just with dishes, but everything you need to cook full meals. Our kids loved the loft area which was also well stocked - lots of movies and games - and with its own separate TV -- and the double hot tubs just down the hall from Carrie's unit. The location is great for skiers - we took lift 7 up and Milk Run or Telluride Trail down every day. An added bonus is that the condo complex has an excellent grocery store right down the hall. Bottom line - we would highly recommend this rental!

Carrie Koenig is a very organized and considerate host. Her condo made for terrific accommodations for our family and friends during our ski vacation. Carrie even left some children's books, games, videos and teddy bears upstairs in the condo. Quite a treat for our 3-year-old to find. We loved the open floor plan in the living/dining kitchen area with views of the ski area. We easily accommodated our group (of 5 adults and 1 child) and 3 (adult) guests for a pasta dinner one night. The town shuttle (a/k/a galloping goose) stopped just outside the door of the condo building which made for an easy trip with our daughter to the gondola. In fact, she probably looked forward to riding the galloping goose each day more than skiing. But, speaking of skiing, the children's ski school at Telluride is phenomenal! Great facilities. Wonderful instructors. Our daughter learned to ski in one week. We'll defintely make another trip to Telluride some day.

Had a great time. Great accomodations - beautiful new kitchen and living room. Very short walk to uncrowded lifts. Carrie is a wonderful host - who looked after any need we had both pre-trip and during the trip. I would highly recommend staying there and will use again myself on our next trip to Telluride! What a great place to stay! Beautiful condo, very quiet and all the luxuries of your own home. Carrie was available if we ever needed anything and was an awesome host. The condo is in walking distance of everything which allows you leave your car in the parking lot. When we come back to Telluride we'll be looking Carrie up again!

I stayed in Carrie's 3 br/3 ba in beautiful Telluride Colorado this October 2007. Not only does she go the extra mile to make you feel taken care of and at home, but she also provides a clean, well appointed, comfortable, spacious "home away from home " for travelers. The views are spectacular, access to Telluride's main attractions is a stone's throw away and quiet and solitude prevails for those who prefer to stay in. I can not wait to return!

Our stay in Telluride was particularly delightful and memorable because of Carrie and her spacious 3 bedroom/bath condo. My two girlfriends and I rented Carrie's condo over Labor Day weekend while we were in town for the Telluride film festival. It was a perfect "base camp" for that event, and Carrie's hospitality couldn't have been better. She went way above and beyond in making our stay a wonderful one - even secured dinner reservations at a restaurant that's typically hard to book. We will definitely be back again! We loved staying at this lovely, bright and spacious condo. Our first impression was how well cared for the place is - it felt as though we had rented a brand new condo! All of the furnishings, the hardwood floors, and the lighting are tastefully done. The place is spacious and well-stocked. And all within walking distance to everything in town! We'll definitely take the oportunity to stay at this condo again! Highly recommended.

Our family (7 of us) met here for 5 days/nights to celebrate my mother-in-law's 80th b-day and my brother-in-law's 60th. When we got there Carrie has purchased Happy Birthday balloons and Telluride Chocolate for mom to welcome her/us. It could not have been better as a base from which to visit town and easy for "mom" to catch the Galloping Goose. It was also a wonderful place to be while it was raining outside and we were all together in the living room. Carrie is a great host/owner. She's very welcoming, easy-going and wants, above all, for her guests to enjoy their vacation. Thank you Carrie - from all of us!

We just spent a week in Telluride in this beautiful condo. Accomodations were so comfortable and the views of the mountains from every romm were incredible. The location made everything so easy with a grocery store, ski lifts and downtown all just a short walk away. And free transportation anywhere in town and the surrounding area is available just outside the condo. The most difficult thing is having to leave after a week long stay. Thanks for a wonderful winter vacation. We plan to return again in the summer.
