Enjoy the comforts of home just 100 yards from the most beautiful white sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast.

Our condo is located on the ground floor of a two story condominium. Totally remodeled in 2006, it has a fully equipped kitchen with solid surface counters, tile floors throughout, and a separate dining area. The bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, small TV and writing table. Our living room has seating for 6-7 with a queen sofabed, 2 rocking chairs (great for soothing a baby), flat screen TV, DVD, stereo & WIFI.

Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of the pool, club house and lagoon. Walk to the gazebo on the bridge crossing the lagoon, sit in the shade with the breeze gently blowing even in the heat of the summer, and watch the birds and swans or read a book.

This area offers surfing and waves on the Gulfside beaches, and calm, shallow waters on the Soundside perfect for small children.

Pensacola Beach has casual and up-scale restaurants, live music, shopping and amusements. Boat, jet ski, bicycle, and crazy car rentals are available. Chartered boats are available for deep sea fishing, or fish right from the beach. During peak season, a free trolley goes the length of the beach road, so you don't even need a car.

  • The owner met us at the condo and showed us around. He was very nice. The condo was perfect for us. We loved it and hope to use it again next year. Also very reasonable priced. Played in the pool and walked across the street to the beach. What more could you ask for.

  • We spent 3 lovely days in your condo and really enjoyed ourselves. The only thing I would add to the other comments is the accessibility to the beach. It's great! We found lots of shells and loved being able to wash off right after we left the beach. We were forced to stay at another place later in the week bwecause we needed more room. It was way more expensive and not nearly as close to the beach. Great place!

  • My husband, 2 yr old daughter and I stayed in this condo for a few days in July. It was a wonderful vacation and the condo was perfect! It was very nice and had everything we needed, right down to the glider/rocker I needed to rock my little girl before bed every night. The owners met us there the day we checked in and were very helpful in answering our questions and giving us dining tips for the area. The beach was beautiful and it was nice that it wasn't so crowded like the public beach. We will definitely try to stay here again next year if our budget allows. Thanks for a great stay!!

  • What a wonderful place to stay. The condo is perfect for couples and familes with up to two kids. My son got married on the beach, so we had family staying everywhere on the beach. They all commented how they wished they stayed where I was ... Even the PortoFino renters. The condo is cute, clean and comfortable. The beach is the best I have ever seen in Florida. The price is great. I hope to visit again.

  • We just got back from staying in this condo. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. It had everything we needed to have a perfect get away. It was not facing the beach, but was on the gulf side, and only a few steps away. To top it off we loved the price. We will be back!

  • What a great condo!!! Our family of four stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. From our door to the ocean was just a short walk, and with a 4 year old that really helped. The pool was great, right around the corner. The owner met us at the condo to provide the keys and was very nice. They also have a storage closet with beach chairs, sand toys, and pool toys for the kids. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay or nicer people to rent from. The cleaning cost and taxes are all built in to the per night price so nothing is hidden. My thanks and we will stay there again. Tracy Sparks
