  We had a wonderful stay here. The pictures and description of the condo is EXACTLY as described. Ron was very helpful. The best thing about this condo is that the beach is literally a 2 minute walk. I really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that Ron provided for us. I didn't even have time to use the condo's pool because we were at the beach all day. Very close to some nice restaurants. I would definitely return again!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

  Ron took good care of us. This is a real nice one bedroom condo on the beach. Nice quiet area with plenty of things to do. This is a fully furnished turn-key condo. We will return.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

  My family had a wonderful time at this condo. Ron was extremely helpful and understanding, especially considering that we arrived 5 hours late, do to poor weather conditions driving in. Ron gave us some wonderful tips on local attractions and dining spots. The space was just what we needed. Plenty of room for me, my wife, 2 big kids, and a baby. Nicely equipped with linens, kitchen essentials, and beach gear. 1 minute walk to a very nice family friendly beach area. Quick drive to all the public areas in Pensacola Beach. We had an amazing experience with this condo and definitely plan to contact Ron for any future visits to Pensacola Beach!

  We loved our stay there so much, we booked another trip on the drive home for Labor Day!! Ron was great to work with and offered some great attractions to visit for our stay. The locals in the complex were very nice and helpful as well.

  The condo & community is very comfortable and family friendly. The condo is well equipped with everything needed to feel like home. Loved the glider & rocker in the livingroom area. The deck gives off a very tropical vibe & overlooks the pool area. Feeding the ducks from the gazebo over the waterway was so relxing. The beach is only a short walk through the complex, very clean & and beautiful white sugar sand. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was nice to be away from the crowed beach areas. Mr Ron was a pleasure to work with cant wait to go back this is definitly the condo for us. Added bonus was all the beach chairs , umbrella and beach toys for kiddo's if you bring them along. The huge closet in the bed room is large enough you could put an air mattress and make another room. The kitchen was filled with everything you can think of . PERFECT CONDO GREAT OWNER'S .

  My family and I rented this for a short stay during spring break and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The unit has a cozy feel with all of the amenities you would need at home. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most of our meals in. It is only a short walk to the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer.

  Great working with Ron. He is very professional and the condo couldn't have been more perfect for our family. Our children are 1 and 4 years old and this was their first trip to the beach. The short walk to the gulf was perfect and the short drive to "baby beach" was great for my one year old who hated the waves.

  We stayed in this condo the entire month of February of 2013. What a great bargain! This condo is very spacious with a very comfortable living room, convenient kitchen, and large bedroom with a queen sized bed and large, walk-in closet. Everything you need is provided, and a walk on the beach is just a few steps away! Ron is a great owner who meets you, explains everything to you, and then leaves you alone to enjoy your stay, Linda and I hope to return!

  Ron & Sharyn are awesome. We had a family emergency in the area and needed reasonable accomodations last minute for 2 adults & 2 children. They gave me a more than fair rate with no hidden fees. Ron & Sharyn made sure we had everything we needed right down to extra linens & toys for my grandchildren. The condo & community is very comfortable and family friendly. The condo is well equipped with everything needed to feel like home. The huge bedroom walk-in closest was perfect for the children, my 4 year old grandson felt like he had his own fort, his blow up bed & 1 year old granddaughter's pack-n-play fit with room to spare. Loved the glider & rocker in the livingroom area. The deck gives off a very tropical vibe & overlooks the pool area. Feeding the ducks from the gazebo over the waterway was perfect entertainment for the kids. The beach is only a short walk through the complex, very clean & relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was nice to be away from the hustle & bustle that can take over in other beach areas. Best part, you will not find better owners to rent from!!

  Our stay at this condo was amazing! We are from Pensacola so this was a "staycation" for us. We met Ron to check in (early) at the place and he showed us the ins and outs of the facility. The condo is very comfy and equipped with all of your needs from kitchen stuff to beach towels and beach chairs which we used everyday. We brought food to cook for some of the meals and we went out for dinner a couple of nights (side note: being from Pensacola, I recommend the Grand Marlin for Happy Hour food prices-$7.50 Sunday-Thursday from 3:00-5:00 PM and Peg Leg's. Oh, and Native Cafe for breakfast). There is enough seating in the living room for 6-7 people and the dining table will accommodate 4 people. The back porch area is nestled in the middle of the complex, right by the pool so it's a nice location for morning coffee. There is a lagoon with a gazebo to feed the hundred or so ducks. Some of them will even eat out of your hand so remember to bring extra bread. The bed is comfortable and from others' attests, the pull-out couch bed is restful too. The closet is massive so we placed a PacknPlay in there so my little nephew could catch some zzz without being woken up. The beach is a approximately 300 feet from the condo, I checked the ruler tool on Google Earth. The prices are great including all taxes and fess which is rare these days. Two days after my stay, I received my deposit check from Ron with the nicest note attached. This place is a true gem and I look forward to staying here again.
