Perfect place for a family vacation. Everything as described in description. Condo is always very clean and well maintained. We love it here it's close walk to the beach, pool and duck pond. We arrived early and Ron met us with the key. He is great to work with. This is our second time to visit this condo. Plan on returning again next year.

My family stayed at the condo for 4 nights. It was wonderful. Ron gave us a full tour upon arrival and we hit the beach soon after! Everything we needed was there in the condo. There was plenty to see and do during our stay. The place was clean and the beach was very near which was a big plus with 2 kids. There was also a nice pool that we did use twice, but all in in all we had a wonderful stay and hope to return to the condo in the future!!! :)

I stayed at this condo for 3 months and it was absolutely perfect. Ron provided me with everything I needed. The kitchen is stocked with pans, dishes, etc. It was very clean and much closer to the beach than I had expected. Very quiet area perfect for relaxing. I really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to anyone!

So enjoyed our days at your lovely condo. Very, very roomy and all the comforts of home. EVEN the beach chairs and umbrella! Everything we could need was provided!! Liked the balcony area to relax. Never mind that my husband pulled his hamstring on the first day of ball playing (gave him more days on the beach with me), locked the keys in the trunk of the car, and had a dead battery on car. BUT, overall, the trip was great, unit was just perfect, and beach and ocean were uncrowded and beautiful!! Thanks again!

This was our first vacation in Pensacola Beach and we really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beach was beautiful and not crowded and everything you could ask for was included at the condo, down to the beach chairs. My granddaughter was so excited to see dolphins and a sea turtle on her first beach visit. We look forward to coming back!

Had a wonderful time at Villas on the Gulf. Condo was very relaxing and the beds were so comfortable. The beach was beautiful and the water was gorgeous. We will definitely be booking here again. Very clean.

We had a wonderful 6 day stay at the condo. The description was accurate. the area is nice and well maintiained. the photos look the same as the pics that are on the site. Fully stocked kitchen we enjoyed being able to make breakfst and lunch at the condo and eating out for dinner we highly recommend Crabs! Good family entertainment and good food. Also Native Cafe for breakfas.t It was great the morning of our departure. Ron was great at meeting us early . We hadn't accounted for the time change and arrived early. He had lots of great info on the area , trolly times, menus, etc, I would recommend this condo to everyone!! We loved the beach area and the pool. We also took a ride on chase-n-fins to see the dolphins well worth the money and a wonderful expereience for the kids. My daughter and husband also enjoyed the jet ski's in the bay. It was a great time for everyone and the condo made it feel like home ! Thanks Ron!! Hope to see you next year!!

Our family of four recently stayed at Ron & Sharyn's condo. There was more than enough room and is described accurately on the website. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we are seriously considering going back to the same place next year. Pensacola Beach does a great job on keeping the beaches cleaned. When we weren't at the Gulf, we were enjoying the condo's pool. If you have a family, be sure to stop by Peg Leg Pete's. We also enjoyed the awesome show by the Blue Angels and were able go get some of their autographs.

OMG, this place is pure heaven. We were in Pensacola for my 6 year old daughters cheerleader competition. I brought my mother along for the trip because she loves the beach. We all had the best time. This condo is in the perfect location and I could not have asked for anything better. We only had to walk across the parking lot and across a bridge to get to the beautiful sandy beaches. The condo was wonderful and everything Ron described. I loved the location because it was just a few second walk from the beach and I could sit on the balcony while my 2 year old was napping and watch my mom and my daughter at the pool having fun. It really made me feel like I was not missing out on any of the action. The condo was the perfect size for the four of us. The bedroom was a really nice size and the closet was huge. We cooked at the condo almost everyday and needed nothing because it was ll provided in the condo. All we had to do was buy the groceries. We did enjoy a few meals out and I really recommend Crabs and Peg Leg Petes. The food was really good at both and they had a play area with slides and sand to entertain the kids while we waited on the food. My mom and I have already started planning our next beach trip. Hopefully we can come back this summer and enjoy a week on the beach and at the condo, without having to leave for cheer competition. Ron was great. He was there to meet us when we checked in and give us the ins and outs about the area. He also was available for any questions during out stay. Oh and don't worry about packing beach chairs and sand toys for the beach. I repacked the car 5 times trying to make room for my beach chairs and then when we got there it was all provided for us. Plenty of chairs and toys to entertain my kids for hours. Toys for the beach and the pool. My six year old daughter keeps asking when we get to go back to the beach for a week and just play on the beach so the trip was hit for everyone young and old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the great stay and we are really hoping to come back for a visit this summer. I will definitely be telling all of my friends about this wonderful get a way. It was truly a wonderful 4 nights. I hated to leave and come back to reality.

Amazing Weekend

This place was amazing! I went down to spend time with my boyfriend who was on Eglin Airforce Base and this place was perfect. Close enough to base and grocery stores and resturants but at the same time far enough away for some peace and quiet. It's not even 30 seconds to the white sandy beaches and Ron was great to work with on renting this condo.

We stayed at Ron and Sharyn's condo for three delightful days in early March this year, and couldn't have been more pleased. We prefer to do our own cooking, and the kitchen was well-stocked and provisioned with all the necessary basics. Everything was beautifully clean, and Ron was a pleasure to deal with, making sure we felt at home and giving us special attention on our way there from out of state. The pool area is pleasant, and beach access is about as good as it can get without being right on the beach. We were able to bike almost everywhere. I would surely recommend this property to others, and in fact have already done so. Ron is excellent at following through with communications and providing information and help. Our security deposit refund arrived home before we did!

We came down for DeLuna Fest and found this adorable place to rent! The owner Ron was so friendly and helpful, it truly made our stay that much more enjoyable!! I love the colors in the Condo...especially the bathroom!! We loved feeding the ducks that roam around the property and it is so close to the beach! I would definately recommend this condo!! Excellent Value, Lovely and Comfortable

I'm still in the afterglow of six days and nights in this condo. My husband and I have visited Pensacola Beach many times; Ron and Sharyn's condo is our pick. The photos are accurate, but how do you show comfort, charm and clean on computer photos? No more searching for the perfect place to stay on the Gulf. This is everything they say, and better. When we arrived on May 7, Ron met us with the house keys and and he gave us some events information that enhanced our stay; he was friendly and helpful, visiting and answering our questions. The decor is lovely, it made me want to go home and paint my walls these colors. The blue of the bedroom is like being enveloped in comfort, like stepping into cool blue waters. (I would love to know what that shade of blue is.) There are 6 steps leading up to this first floor condo. Inside, all rooms are on the same level. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and needed only to buy groceries. Nothing was lacking...there were beach toys and extras, right down to a pair of size 4 beach shoes... just in case. Off the living room was a lovely deck with a view of the pool. The wonderfully comfy couch converted to a bed, and there were plenty of comfy chairs, even rocking chairs! The beach!!! It's only a short walk, no streets to cross, just an easy walk through the parking lot and follow the sidewalk to the dunes, sugary white beaches, and gorgeous gulf waters. The grounds around the Villa are perfectly groomed, beautiful landscaping. Through Ron, we learned that the Blue Angels practices can be viewed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, at the Naval Air Station free to the public. A moving and awesome sight and sound, their 45-minute flight demonstration takes your breath away. We were told that the Blue Angels do what they do at these practices, spectators or no spectators. Following their demonstration, we toured the impressive museum on the NAS base. So glad we saw them, thanks Ron. We also tried the fish tacos at the Village Cafe on Via de Luna..neat place, tacos so very good!!! Important to us was the complete up-front statement of the cost to stay in this condo. We were told the exact cost for our stay, that cost included everything, no surprise fees or taxes at checkout time. Simple! We like that. Excellent value for the money. I recommend Ron and Sharyn's condo to family and friends. I hope it will be available on our next trip to Pensacola Beach. Thank you Ron and Sharyn.

For the money, you simply can't go wrong with this condo. It's conveniently located on the Gulf side, so there's no streets to cross. You don't have a direct view of the water, but it's literally only a 2 minute walk to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised, and would stay here again if we were to return to Pensacola Beach in the future.

It is clean, the owners are wonderful and easy to do buisness with. This condo has every thing you need to just come and enjoy an affordable relaxing getaway on the beach. We loved getting up in the morning walking distance from the beach, and to the sounds of the ducks on the pond. We love going off season, we feel the beach is all ours. It's very peaceful. Just Great!

We spent 3 lovely days in your condo and really enjoyed ourselves. The only thing I would add to the other comments is the accessibility to the beach. It's great! We found lots of shells and loved being able to wash off right after we left the beach. We were forced to stay at another place later in the week bwecause we needed more room. It was way more expensive and not nearly as close to the beach. Great place!

My husband, 2 yr old daughter and I stayed in this condo for a few days in July. It was a wonderful vacation and the condo was perfect! It was very nice and had everything we needed, right down to the glider/rocker I needed to rock my little girl before bed every night. The owners met us there the day we checked in and were very helpful in answering our questions and giving us dining tips for the area. The beach was beautiful and it was nice that it wasn't so crowded like the public beach. We will definitely try to stay here again next year if our budget allows. Thanks for a great stay!!

What a wonderful place to stay. The condo is perfect for couples and familes with up to two kids. My son got married on the beach, so we had family staying everywhere on the beach. They all commented how they wished they stayed where I was ... Even the PortoFino renters. The condo is cute, clean and comfortable. The beach is the best I have ever seen in Florida. The price is great. I hope to visit again.

We just got back from staying in this condo. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo. It had everything we needed to have a perfect get away. It was not facing the beach, but was on the gulf side, and only a few steps away. To top it off we loved the price. We will be back!

What a great condo!!! Our family of four stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. From our door to the ocean was just a short walk, and with a 4 year old that really helped. The pool was great, right around the corner. The owner met us at the condo to provide the keys and was very nice. They also have a storage closet with beach chairs, sand toys, and pool toys for the kids. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay or nicer people to rent from. The cleaning cost and taxes are all built in to the per night price so nothing is hidden. My thanks and we will stay there again. Tracy Sparks

This lovely beach condo exceeded our expectations. It was super clean & bright, tastefully decorated, comfortable & roomy for our party of four. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach umbrella & other beach items available for our enjoyment. The pool was a real plus. The owner met us upon arrival and responded right away to our distress call when the key to the front door lock did not work. He replaceded the lock with a brand new one. You won't be disappoined if you stay here.

I rented this condo with my children for a quick get-a-way during their spring break. We loved it. I liked the fact that all taxes and fees are included in the posted rental price. Great place for "locals" to enjoy a weekend. Very spacious and clean. I'll definitely stay here again.
