BEAUTIFUL BEACH FRONT VIEWS DIRECTLY ON THE GULF OF MEXICO!
We invite you to stay in our family's home-away-from-home at The Whaler. From our condominium, the beach is "at your doorstep," no long boardwalks or dragging beach toys and children across miles of sand or parking lots. We absolutely love this small quiet condominium because of its family atmosphere and varied age groups.
We have a very clean and nicely decorated two bedroom, two bath condo at The Whaler that sleeps up to six guests comfortably. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The living area has a queen-size sofa/sleeper, love seat, and chair. In the dinning area is a high gathering table that seats six. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a full size washer and dryer.
The wrap-around balcony overlooks the pool and has a direct view of the gulf. The balcony faces south and west. It's a nice place to sit in the adirondak chairs and have your morning juice.
The Whaler is not some giant high rise complex with hundreds of units packed with families and screaming children. It is a smaller more intimate complex with only 27 units. It is family friendly with fabulous Gulf views and a large beach front pool. If you are looking for a clean and nicely decorated gulf front condo that won't break the bank, you have found the condo for you.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT DEPOSITS
In order to keep costs down for our guests, we have put in place policies that will help reduce your "out of pocket" expenses. You save by not having to provide a security deposit on top of the cost of the rental. Here's how it works:
We will apply the $150 deposit required to hold the unit to your balance when you make final payment. Your final payment will reflect a credit for the $150 deposit you already paid.
The required damage deposit will be waived if you provide a valid credit card as security.
Of course, the credit card will only be charged if we find damage, missing property, or missing keys. In the unlikely event there is a problem, we will make every attempt to contact you and discuss it with you.
