Swim in one of the many salt water pools or ease those tired muscles in a jacuzzi or just meander through the colorful garden pathways. This 1705 square foot 3 bedroom/3 bath villa is decorated in soft earth tones with high quality amenities and appliances. New 11,000sq.ft. Club House features family pools with beach-style pool, lap pool, cabanas, fitness center, fireplaces, and barbeques.
A short walk or golf cart ride to the famous La Quinta Resort for fine dining or world famous golf. Just minutes from Old Town La Quinta's quaint shopping and dining area. Five minutes to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The "Living Desert" Zoo and gardens are 15 minutes by car and a short drive to Palm Springs for lots of action. Oh and the year-round sunshine!
We can accommodate up to 18 guests with our two villas and townhome at Legacy. Great for family reunions, golf outings, etc., all within close proximity, yet maintaining some privacy.

Why the Owner Chose Legacy Villas
Can you believe that we bought this property sight unseen!! We only saw photos and totally fell in love with the place. We had been to Indian Wells and Palm Springs a few times and knew that we liked this part of the country and it was easy to drive/fly to. So whoa and behold we bought it sight unseen while it was still in the construction phase. And we do not regret our decision at all!!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Getting away to La Quinta is just a bit of heaven. All the cares of the world fall away. We normally start our day off by having breakfast on our balcony hearing the birds chirp. Then it's a few steps away to one of the more private salt-water pools for a quick dip or to the fitness center for a workout looking out at the ClubHouse pool. Depending on our mood we often laze (literally)in a hammock reading, or if feeling energetic we like to bike to the village of La Quinta to our favorite bakery, La Quinta Baking Company, for brunch al fresco (yum). The adult lap pool is divine as there's rarely anyone swimming in it, so if we're BBQ'ing in the evening we also swim while our food is grilling (thank goodness for kitchen timers). We often eat beside one of the fireplaces, but our ultimate is to finish out our day sipping wine on our balcony watching the sun disappear behind the mountains. Of course, we're not totally anti-social and when we want company we go to the Club House pools and have drinks/snacks poolside from the Legacy Grille, or we go next door to the La Quinta Resort for live music. We love it here and only wish we could spend more time enjoying our properties.

What can we tell you about ourselves. We have travelled the world, love the ocean, but have fallen in love with the desert, hot days and cool nights. Yes, we're fussy people having stayed in top resorts on our travels. We hope that everyone will treat our home with respect. The beauty of renting a vacation property is that it gives you more space to relax in, you can make breakfast whenever you want, and everything is right there. And we can invite our friends too.

Our family rented three villas from this owner for our family reunion and all of them were immaculately furnished, very clean and in a quiet location. The views of the mountains from the upper villa decks were wonderful. The grounds throughtout the property are very beautiful and we loved having our choice of pools. The gym at clubhouse had all the equipment we needed. It was such a peaceful, relaxing stay (even with all that family around!). We can't wait to go back.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our stay was perfect. We were comfortable and felt close to everything we wanted to do. The villa was spacious, clean, and well furnished. We had several pools within steps of our villa. The work-out facility was also well equipped and clean.
