Relax in a newly renovated downtown condominium with all of the amenities and comforts of home. The Condo is fully furnished and sleeps four adults for the price of one. A fully stocked kitchen allows you the freedom to cook while you enjoy your stay.

The Condo is a short walk to the heart of downtown Anchorage and a five minute drive to midtown Anchorage. The property is right off of Cordova street, which serves as part of the Iditarod sleddog race trail in the winter. Easy access to the coastal trail provides a perfect opportunity to enjoy the outdoor recreational opportunities that Anchorage has to offer.

The condo is in a secure building and located on the top floor of the building.

  • After spending 10 days in an RV it was great to spend our last two days in Alaska at such a comfortable condo. The bed, linens, and shower were wonderful! The condo is very clean, very well equipped, and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this to friends and if I ever get back to Anchorage, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
