La Stellina has been lovingly restored, maintaining its unique architectural heritage as expressed in its terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. This beautiful getaway comfortably accommodates two (plus two) people on 65 square metres on two floors. The first floor is accessible with an external stair.
Whilst the elegant living room with its sun drenched dining area and kitchen corner create a cosy and relaxed atmosphere, the private garden invites you to relax, enjoy the panorama of this peaceful setting and have a romantic barbecue with a glass (or two) of Chianti in the evenings...
The friendly little village Pietraviva is only one mile away. The car parking on the property is obviously included and, given that La Stellina is the perfect location, you are invited to explore this area and the treasures of Tuscany from here. It is just 17 miles to Siena, 21 miles to Arezzo and 39 miles to Florence.
