Best Street on the Beach!: This unit is located at 145 Brightwater Drive, Clearwater Bach, FL 33767. Up until about 2004, this street housed a bunch of little Mom-n-Pop Hotels. Then developers came in and bought most of the little hotels/motels and apartment buildings. In their place, they built several beautiful townhouse buildings and a condominium complex. As a result, this street has a more upscale clientele, including many high-end residents. You will notice a difference when you turn onto this street. There is still a very laid-back vacation atmosphere here, but without the crazy partiers. You are still within walking distance to the craziness of the beach, if that is what you crave, but you also have a nice quiet place to retreat as well. This building is one of the nicest and the newest on the street, completed in June 2006. Every guest that comes, comments that it is so much nicer than the pictures and explanation can describe. You will not be disappointed!

We had the best time at this place. The owner went to great lengths to make our stay there great. I was with my wife (2) children, mother in-law and grandma. The elevator was a nice touch to get around the house. It is a block from the beach and places to eat but you should have a car so you can go to the local Publix supermarket.. That u cannot work too.lol This is a great place for the family.. The best part of the trip is that the owner was very accessable and meets you there when you arrive as well as leave. Hope to be back again.. Thanks Diane, Bryan, Mayra and Family From NY..Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Excellent vacation rental! We have stayed in many rentals....cottages, homes, condos, etc. This rental is the first we wanted to give a rating greater than 5! It was spotless! Very comfortable! Had everything and more for living and beach leisure. Diane is 150% available. Her desire to have you love her vacation home as much as she does is obvious from the first contact. The location is very convenient walking distance to beach and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Bayside street where everyone values privacy and calm. The night view from rooftop while relaxing in hot tub was wonderful! We towed the Harley from PA for FL riding. it was great to keep our "baby" safe in garage when not riding while having plenty of room for our truck and trailer. We will definitely visit Diane's rental on revisits to Clearwater Beach!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

This townhouse is.....just perfect.... It is very clean, tastefully decorated and everything and more the website describes. The location is ideal, on the peaceful water but no more than 5 mins walk from the beach and great restaurants. We stayed for 2 weeks in July, a family of four with two teenagers. We made use of everything the house had to offer, there are sufficient props for any activity or day out, it really made for a hassle free holiday! For my family the hot-tub was the icing on the cake! Diane, the owner, was very helpful with emails before we arrived and made the whole "holiday rental experience" feel very personal and welcoming. I would recommend this holiday home to anyone, even though I would kind of like to keep it to myself, we will definitely return....! :)Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

What a great place to stay in Clearwater!! The condo was better than what the pictures showed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, resturants and shops. When we arrived the condo was very clean and is very well maintianed. Diane, the owner, was wonderful to work with answered all our questions before we arrived. This condo is more beautiful than the pictures show. It is very spacious and well kept. The owner was very easy to work with and was helpful in answering any questions about the area or property. Although this condo is not directly on the beach it is still an excellent canal location on a quiet street with nice views from the roof top. Many restaurants are within walking distance as well as the beach (if you don't carry too much stuff). My husband and I especially loved the bikes that were available in the garage and used them to explore Clearwater Beach - we really felt like we were on an island during our stay. Overall this is a great vacation location whether you are traveling with your family or with a group of friends. We would definitely like to return to Clearwater Beach and stay at this condo again!Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We have stayed in several very nice condos around florida in the past and this townhouse just gives you so much more flexibility. The location is such that you could easily fly in and not bother with a rental car when staying here. Several restaurants all in walking distance. Beach just a couple blocks away. If you need groceries just get on the jolly trolly and get dropped off at Publix and return the same way. Yet its back off the main drag so its quiet. The listing is accurate in its description and the owner was excellent to work with, even meeting us there when we arrived and gave us a quick run through so we would know how everything operated. That was very helpful as there is an elevator to all floors and a hot tub on the roof. The unit was clean and nicely furnished with everything you will need. One of our best stays! It has been our pleasure to stay at this beautiful townhome for the last 4 years. We originally chose Clearwater Beach for our family (my husband, two sons, daughter-in-law and myself) to enjoy Spring Training (big baseball fans- Go phillies!!). It turned out to be so much more- yes we still do love the Phillies and watching them play pre-season, especially on St. Patrick's Day is a lot of fun but just being together as a family and enjoying each other, laughing....making memories away from all the stress is awesome. My son found this place and it's even better than the pictures show---absolutely beautiful!!! Spotlessly clean, all the comforts of home PLUS...So much to do and most of it within walking distance. Watching the sunset on the beach is wonderful- weather has been beautiful, many good restaurants. It's great-just need to pack summer clothing and flip flops and you're good to go. Diane is wonderful and always very accommodating. Already planning for next year!! About the owner: Hi I'm Diane VanWingerden. I grew up in the Tampa Bay Area, then moved to Michigan after college and marrying my high shcool sweetheart, Bruce. After 12 years in dreary Michigan, we were able to move back to the Tampa Bay Area that we love and missed for so many years. We have been back here since 2000 and don't plan to ever leave! We have 2 teenage children that keep me on my toes. I am blessed to be a stay at home Mom. I obtained my real estate license in 2008 so I can understand all the ins and outs of Real Estate and Rental Properties and am very knowledgable about vacation rentals in Clearwater Beach and surrounding areas. I love to entertain and have been told I have the gift of hospitality! I enjoyed decorating this place to be a comfotable and inviting vacation home, and I love to continue to add extra special touches to make my guests feel welcome and pampered.
Why the Owner Chose Paradise Cove:
We bought this townhome in the Summer of 2006 as an investment. We have always loved Clearwater Beach, started coming here when we were in high school. Since it is only about an hour drive from our home in Tampa, it is the ideal location for a weekend getaway and rental property.
In the early 2000's Clearwater Beach started changing into more of an upscale area, and we really wanted to be a part of that! In the past several years, we have seen an amazing transformation take place in Clearwater Beach, with the addition of many upscale hotels and the 'Beach Walk' and we look forward to the continuing growth here. We are excited to be property owners here, and enjoy sharing our little piece of paradise with so many visitors!
