What a great place to stay in Clearwater!! The condo was better than what the pictures showed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, resturants and shops. When we arrived the condo was very clean and is very well maintianed. Diane, the owner, was wonderful to work with answered all our questions before we arrived. We hope to visit again sometime soon.

Beautiful Condo - Great Area

This condo is more beautiful than the pictures show. It is very spacious and well kept. The owner was very easy to work with and was helpful in answering any questions about the area or property. Although this condo is not directly on the beach it is still an excellent canal location on a quiet street with nice views from the roof top. Many restaurants are within walking distance as well as the beach (if you don't carry too much stuff). My husband and I especially loved the bikes that were available in the garage and used them to explore Clearwater Beach - we really felt like we were on an island during our stay. Overall this is a great vacation location whether you are traveling with your family or with a group of friends. We would definitely like to return to Clearwater Beach and stay at this condo again!

If you're considering a vacation rental in Clearwater Beach you will absolutely love staying in this lovely Paradise Cove townhome. Our family of five had a wonderful time, and we took advantage of everything this lovely home has to offer, from the pool in the back to the hot tub on the roof! This home has everything you want from a vacation rental: fantastic location, great views, comfortable beds, modern amenities, great rooms, and more! Everything about this rental experience was satisfying from the moment we first contacted Diane to the time we checked out.

Spring training in "Paradise" Cove

It has been our pleasure to stay at this beautiful townhome for the last 4 years. We originally chose Clearwater Beach for our family (my husband, two sons, daughter-in-law and myself) to enjoy Spring Training (big baseball fans- Go phillies!!). It turned out to be so much more- yes we still do love the Phillies and watching them play pre-season, especially on St. Patrick's Day is a lot of fun but just being together as a family and enjoying each other, laughing....making memories away from all the stress is awesome. My son found this place and it's even better than the pictures show---absolutely beautiful!!! Spotlessly clean, all the comforts of home PLUS...So much to do and most of it within walking distance. Watching the sunset on the beach is wonderful- weather has been beautiful, many good restaurants. It's great-just need to pack summer clothing and flip flops and you're good to go. Diane is wonderful and always very accommodating. Already planning for next year!! Thank you, Diane!!

We have stayed in several very nice condos around florida in the past and this townhouse just gives you so much more flexibility. The location is such that you could easily fly in and not bother with a rental car when staying here. Several restaurants all in walking distance. Beach just a couple blocks away. If you need groceries just get on the jolly trolly and get dropped off at Publix and return the same way. Yet its back off the main drag so its quiet. The listing is accurate in its description and the owner was excellent to work with, even meeting us there when we arrived and gave us a quick run through so we would know how everything operated. That was very helpful as there is an elevator to all floors and a hot tub on the roof. The unit was clean and nicely furnished with everything you will need. One of our best stays! Thanks again.

The townhouse was absolutely everything described and much, much more! Booking it was a breeze with the owners helpful along the way. The house itself was immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated and outfitted with everything you could possibly need. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a week in Clearwater. I won't waste space by repeating all the features the other reviews have mentioned. They are completely accurate! I will just add that the private hot tub underneath the stars on the rooftop terrace with the beautiful views of the inlet and Clearwater are something to be experienced...very romantic! A wonderful find...I will certainly return!

Fabulous Place - Close to Everything!

We stayed here June 12-19th, 2010 and this place is everything it's described as and more. The house is fabulous with three nice size bedrooms (the master is AWESOME). If you are travelling with another couple or two it has plenty of seperate space for everyone. It has a private elevator (especially nice if you have older or handicapped guests) and a wonderful rooftop with incredible views and a great hot tub. The condo itself is in excellent condition with a well equipped kitchen and living room with a nice TV and surround sound system. The property is right on a canal with a wonderfully clean and nice sized pool behind the property. Off-street garage parking is an excellent benefit as well. A nice bbq grill is provided as well for some home-made fresh seafood or steaks! It is walking distance to the beach although we would recommend driving across the bridge to Sand Key Park, the beach is less crowded and the water nicer (for whatever reason). It is pay parking (everywhere) but at Sand Key and they have a change machine. There is tons of parking and they have a bath house and a snack truck and trailer. You are close to a number of excellent restaurants including (all of) the Frenchy's restaurants. For really upscale try Beachcomber...Excellent. Also be sure to drive down the coast past Sand Key to the Conch Republic restaurant also wonderful food in a great atmosphere. You are also close to a McDonalds if need be for the kids :) Cooters is a good choice if you like fresh seafood as well. Be sure to hit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium to see Winter the Dolphin. Shortly past the aquarium is a Publix Grocery store for stocking up. Or hit the Super Target or Sams club on the way to the beach. 10-15 min drive back to the Super Target or Sams or many other shopping w/o going all the way back to Tampa. Where they have all kinds of shopping or dining. I can't imagine a much better place for a vacation trip away from home. The owners were super-friendly and accomodating and easy to work with to setup the trip. We will definitely return! Thanks guys!!

we went to the house for 4 days.. and it was absolutely wonderfull. you can walk to the beach and shops. and the view from the house is great.. if your lucky you see the dolphins swim by. the house is clean and beautifull. thank you diane for making our vacation perfect. we hope to come again!!!!

We stayed in this condo the 2nd week of March and had a great time. The location was perfect as it was only 5 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the marina by foot (if that long)! There was lots of space for all of us (myself, wife, 2 year old daughter, mother-in-law) so we weren't tripping over each other like in a hotel suite. Everything was in the condo as listed and there was nothing that Diane had missed. Overall it was an outstanding trip and the accommodations made it much easier to relax at the end of the day and put our feet up.

Had a fantastic time here. Came down with a group of six guys from the NY, NJ & Boston areas for the Giants/Bucs game. Couldn't have picked a better place ! Easily accomodated the six of us in style and the owners even started us off with a complimentary case of Corona ! Easy walk to beach, bars & restaurants. We had the best time at this place. The owner went to great lengths to make our stay there great. I was with my wife (2) children, mother in-law and grandma. The elevator was a nice touch to get around the house. It is a block from the beach and places to eat but you should have a car so you can go to the local Publix supermarket.. That u cannot work too.lol This is a great place for the family.. The best part of the trip is that the owner was very accessable and meets you there when you arrive as well as leave. My husband and I stayed at this condo for our Honeymoon in June 2007 and we loved it. The location is great, the condo is very clean, and the hot tub on the roof has a great view. Also the pool is well maintained! We loved it and plan to come back to this location in the future!

The house itself was beautiful, well maintained with more than enough room to accomodate six adults. The hot tub on the roof was the piece de la resistance and we spent many an evening relaxing looking at the stars. Location superb we saw a few dolphins one morning swimming past the boardwalk, also great to be able to fish on one's doorstep! The owner has gone to a lot of trouble to make sure visitors enjoy their stay and there are plenty of tips of where to eat, drink and shop All in all a great holiday, I would recommend this house as a great place to stay

We stayed in this lovely vacation home the second week in November and still cannot say enough about our visit! Throughout the week, we found ourselves saying that we would be hard pressed to think of anything we needed or would have done differently. The owner had such an attention to detail, she even had things right where we would look for them (e.g., needed a strainer for the pasta, opened the cabinet and voila! A strainer!). Needless to say, we would love to stay in the house again next year. In fact, in five years of coming down to Clearwater for my husband's baseball tournament, our trip this year was by FAR our favorite and it had everything to do with this property and the thoughtful way in which owner prepared it. Looking forward to the next time we're in Clearwater!

Wow, what a beautiful vacation destination! The townhome couldn't have been more inviting? It was fabulously decorated and very comfortable. Three short blocks to the beach and right on the waterway made for a convenient and lovely location! Teenage daughters loved the activities in Clearwater and Pier 60 in the evening! Will definitely recommend to family and friend! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us! Looking forward to returning some day!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in the beautiful Paradise Cove condo. My husband and I enjoyed the multiple views and our children enjoyed spreading out in the large space. The place was awesome. The views were spectacular. The sunsets and sunrises from the roof are amazing. The house was in excellent condition when we arrived and was very clean. It is very spacious and allowed the eight people in my group plenty of room to get away on their own and to come together for dinner. The short walk to the beach and many shops/restaurants is an added bonus, as is the parking (parking at the beach is a nightmare.) We liked it so much we are already planning a return trip next year.

This beach townhouse is absolutely fabulous!!! Great location, beautiful mediterranean style, truly luxurious, relaxing interior decor and 360 degrees of rooftop breathtaking views. We loved everything about it: from the pool to the jacuzzi on the terrace, spacious living area to private bedrooms, the place is absolutely perfect! We rented this fantastic townhome for the Christmas/New Year's holiday and wish we could have stayed more than a week. Watching fireworks from the top deck with the hot tub can't be beat! The furnishings, appliances, etc. are all top-notch. It's within walking distance of everything you need, including the beach, but yet far enough away from the main streets that it's quiet. We would recommend this to anyone!

We spent some time after New Year's in this beautiful new home. We have stayed in a number of rentals in the area, and none of them compare to this one. The pictures simply don't do it justice! The home is very spacious... we had a total of three adults and two children staying in the home, and there was plenty of room for more. The home is brand new, *very* nicely decorated and extremely comfortable. Don't want to use the stairs? No problem, take the elevator to any of the four levels, including the roof! The view from every floor is stunning, especially from the rooftop terrace. The home felt secluded and serene, yet was easily within walking distance to all of our favorite Clearwater Beach destinations. The only problem we had with this home was leaving! We definitely intend to return, and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation and wonderful time.

This townhouse is beautiful! The location is great-close to all of the action at Clearwater Beach, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The sunset views are fantastic! My kids loved using the pool and we could walk to the beach! Highly recommend!!!!
