We stayed here in early June. I was coming to Hawaii to race a triathlon. The host hotel was the Fairmont Orcid (we stayed there 2 years ago. This year we were brining our 21 year old daughter so we needed more room. When we arrived, we were in shock. We couldn't believe how nice this place was. From the clutter-free downstairs to the big bedrooms upstairs. The master bath is huge. I mean it's bigger than my 16 year olds bedroom. As I was communicating with Brandon about our trip, I was concerned about not making it as my mother was in her final months of her battle with cancer. Brandon was understanding and extremly easy to work with. When I come back in 2013 do do this race again, I will be staying here. It was great being able to go to the private beach, walk to the market if we wanted to, I can't say enough about this place. We got spoiled here because the condo that we rented on Kauai, didn't even come close.

Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

The condo was really nice, clean and new. More than we expected! It is in a quiet position and gets the sunsets which we enjoyed from our upstairs balcony. It also has access to a beautiful little beach with great snorkelling. And in the resort there is a pool and hot jacuzzi. We had a really nice holiday and it was mostly because of the condo being so nice and comfortable. The 'no shoes inside' policy really keeps the place looking good. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back!

Quiet, Private, Comfortable Unit

We've had the pleasure of renting this unit twice. It is clean, comfortable and well appointed with no other building bordering the lanais, giving the the unit a private feel. There's a peek-a-boo view of the Pacific from the upstairs lanai. We enjoy the easy access to the beautiful Mauna Lani Hotel and its fabulous Canoe House restaurant, world-class golf course and spa. The Foodland Farms grocery store is nearby and the south end of Puako Beach is easily reached by car, bike or even on foot. Finally, private access to the owner's beach is a wonderful perk. The unit is professionally managed. We would highly recommend staying at this unit in the Mauna Lani Fairways.

Lovely, relaxing townhome

We just returned from 6 nights in this unit. The property is quiet, spacious, well stocked and private. The owner was very accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed being in the Fairways at Mauna Lani area. It has its own fabulous pool area 2-3 minute walk from the unit. You have all the Mauna Lani resort amenities at your disposal without being surrounded by tourists. Make sure you check out the private beach area. The garage is handy if you have an open top car. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces (upstairs lanai and 1st floor patio) for eating and relaxing. The previous review and the owner's description are accurate. It really is as great as it sounds. We compared this unit with several others. We chose it because of the location, size, and access to the Mauna Lani Resort area. You get all the resort access without being confined to a hotel room. It did not disappoint! We will recommend it to friends and family.

This condo was perfect for our 3 member family to have tons of room! From the moment we walked in the front door and heard the welcoming music from the entertainment center, we knew this was a great choice. The home is very clean, quiet and private. The location is also a perfect starting point for exploring any part of the island - it is very close to the main highway. We used the convenient gas grill on the lanai several evenings for dinner and enjoyed our Kona coffee on the upper lanai every morning! The owners have generously "stocked" the place with some very useful amenities: boogie board, tupperware, baggies, soap, shampoo and laundry soap to name just a few. The only sound you really hear outside the unit is the flapping of the palm prawns in the breeze and the morning birds happy with activity. We enjoyed our stay because we played, explored and ran all day long and this was a wonderful respite to come home, clean up and rest. The owners also made us feel very welcome and available to us if we needed anything.
