Beachfront three bedroom, two bath Condo with gorgeous direct Gulf-front views in Indian Rocks Beach!
Our three bedroom condo has a balcony directly facing the Gulf of Mexico for beautiful beachfront views and sunsets every evening. Enjoy the beach at your front door and the Intracoastal Waterway on your second balcony off the master bedroom. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking (Smoking on the balcony only, please).
The unit is on the first living level (one level above the parking area) with a balcony door leading right down to the heated pool and beach. Your parking space is located at the elevator door for easy access and provides private access to your door. Upgraded with Mexican ceramic tile plus Berber carpet and modern contemporary Florida decor, this is the perfect place for a relaxing Florida get-away.
The unit sleeps six with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. Included are all furnishings including TV's, VCR, DVD player, stereo system, linens, as well as a modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, right down to the coffeepot and dishes. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
On a beautiful stretch of white sandy beach, it will provide many hours of fabulous views and walks on the beach! Many shopping and restaurant opportunities nearby. It is just several miles south of Clearwater Beach, 30 minutes from Busch Gardens, as well as just one and a half hours from Disney World.
The unit is approximately 1375 square feet with two balconies. One directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. The second balcony faces the Intracoastal Waterway for boat watching. Fishing, golfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, boating, are close by.
John's Pass provides shopping and water sports excursions for sightseeing. Wonderful restaurants featuring local seafood, steaks, pasta, and everything from casual to upscale dining. It is easy to find a quiet relaxing time or an adventure packed vacation here.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This is a very unique location called the "Narrows". It is called this as there is water on both sides of the building; the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. It has two balconies, one direct beachfront. The second balcony looks over the Intracoastal Waterway. View the sunrise in the morning from the east balcony. And, then see a spectacular sunset in the evening on the west balcony.

This property is out dated and old. However clean. The owner required us to WIRE money to her. This is very suspect. The owner has kept the deposit that we put thus STEALING money from us. Be aware of her. She has been very untruthful. We will not be staying in this unit again. RENTER BEWARE. Very dishonest. Again, the unit is clean and has a good layout. The beds however are not very comfortable and the guest bedrooms and guest bathrooms are very small. There are no beach gear at all in this condo so you'll have to bring your own.
