WELCOME to SEASIDE VILLAS on HILTON HEAD ISLAND directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Our complex is a gated property with covered parking and a utility room with washers and dryers on every floor. The property includes a spacious sundeck with views of the ocean and dunes. A picnic area includes grills and tables.
A pool is located in the middle of the villa complex with pool chairs and tables with umbrellas provided. Located on South Forest Beach, the oceanfront resort is only a few blocks from Coligny Plaza with its many shops and restaurants.You will receive a free tennis and health membership at the Players' Club for the duration of your stay.
While our unit has a limited view of the ocean, it is less than a one minute walk to the ocean. The bedroom is an open concept suitable for couples or a small family. Recent updates include Tommy Bahama Decor, ceramic floors, and a LCDTV/DVD unit in the bedroom.In addition to the unit being a short walk (.25 miles) to Coligny Plaza, which includes shopping/theatre/dining, it is a short drive to Sea Pines Plantation and other HHI points of interest.And if you are not up for a stroll to the beach or lunch at Coligny, take advantage of the unit's kitchen and breakfast bar or balcony dining. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet all your in-home needs.
This unit is a Saturday to Saturday rental and is priced lower than comparable units offered by island rental companies.

My husband and I grew up in the midwest, Wisconsin and Illnois repectively. Our first trip to Hilton Head was to our timeshare. When we arrived, we thought we were in the garden of Eden. Four years later, we purchased our beautiful condo.

My husband and I rented this villa for a weekend trip. When we walked in we were extremely happy with the place. This was our 4th trip to Seaside and this unit was by far the nicest we've stayed in. The pictures don't do it justice. The villa is updated with ceramic tile floors. There is a lot of storage space in this unit. The bunkbeds that are typical in the units at Seaside have been removed to make additional closet space. Unfortunately, as mentioned in the description, there isn't really any ocean view. That's the only thing that would improve this unit! We liked the unit so much we have booked it again for our family vacation! Thanks for sharing!
