This waterfront home is located in the expansive Remington Golf Community. Guests enjoy the amazing array of wild birds on the lake from views throughout the home and pool area.The home is well appointed with an executive furniture package, window treatments, and floor coverings - ceramic tile in the kitchen area and lush carpet throughout the family room, living, and dining areas - and three large bedrooms.

Guests enjoy the friendly floor plan with cathedral ceilings throughout the living area and master bedroom. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and a large bathroom with a seperate shower and jacuzzi size tub. A second bedroom includes two twin beds with the third is equipped with bunk beds with a fullsize lower bunk. The family room includes a queen size pull-out sofa. Cable televisions are located in the living area, master bedroom, and third bedroom. This is the largest three bedroom home in the community with ample space for large families.

The home is located within 20 minutes of Disney, Universal and numerous other central Florida attractions. It is conveniently located within 10 minutes of numerous dining and shopping options. Guest especially enjoy the peacefulness of this setting and the amazing range of activity options close by. We enjoy staying in this home each year when we are vacationing in Florida and believe this can serve for an unforgettable Central Florida experience for you and your family.

  • We stayed at this home last year. Excellent location for visiting both Disney and Universal. The home is in great condition, and the furnishings seemed new. The location on the lake is unbeatable. We do not golf - but for those that do the Remmington couse is well known, with another course accessable in the adjacent community.

  • We stayed in this Villa last fall during one of our regular trips to Disney. The view of the water reserve from the living room is spectacular - one of its greatest features. The home has a nice spacious open floor plan - with three different living areas where people can gather - breakfast nook, game room, and living room. We plan to return to this home in 2005.

    Greetings. My wife and I are the owners of this property at Willow Glen Cirlce. Our family has spent the last 10 years visiting Disney and the surrounding area during our Christmas holidays. It is indeed a special place. We searched many communities and settled upon the Remmington Community due to its location and quality. If you like to golf - this home is within the Remmington Golf community, with access to other clubs close by. If you are planning a busy schedule to Disney, Universay, Sea World, or the Kennedy Space Center - Remmington is a great central location with close access to Rt4, 192, and the Florida Turnpike.
