Great in the winter (especially around Christmas time), but when summer comes, take advantage of beachrights,and bask in the sun while enjoying the beaches of Lake Huron. Plus, you will only be five minutes away from a major shopping mall, northend shopping, entertainment, dining, a golf courses. This area also is in a private community with public beach access as well as a new play area just starting to be build with paved areas for walking/biking.
