We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin. We planned a vacation get away to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. There were 4 adults and 2 children - ages 2 & 6 and with the layout of the cabin, we could all be together or do our own thing. I especially enjoyed the screened porch & daybed - I read, napped and watched gorgeous sunsets. Even thought it was summer, the porch was breezy and comfortable with the ceiling fan and shade from the trees. The younger ones played downstairs in the hot tub and wii games. We saw deer, turkey, woodpeckers, squirrels and hawks - it was a awesome place to watch wildlife. Early mornings were spent on the side deck sipping coffee watching a beautiful sunrise over Blue Ridge Lake. We traveled the 15 minutes into Blue Ridge and rode the train-highly recommended and enjoyed by all. We shopped in some of the unique shops and caught a corvette show in town. I would recommend this cabin for everyone!!

We have stayed in Blue Ridge, GA three times w/VRBO and always had a great time. When we found this listing and all the beautiful pictures we KNEW this was going to top them all! We walked into the cabin it took our breathe away! The decor, furniture and views were so magnificent we immediately opened all the doors and stood on the balcony overwhelmed by the beauty (the pictures reflect this incredible home). The bedrooms were roomy with beds and linens that were top of the line ! We were only 5 miles from town and within an hour of wonderful waterfalls, hikes, shopping (GREAT town and restaurants), canoeing, boating, and The Baltimore House in Asheville was a perfect day trip. It is worth a visit to go to the Chamber of Commerce (within minutes) to get directions to all the Waterfalls, drive-in movie theater, and places to go you might miss. They gave us directions, maps and helpful recommendations. We came with 2 teenagers and an adult son. The bottom level was perfect accommodations for the teens with an incredible game room and all the latest games,( TV, DVR and Wii ). We are hoping to return this summer. We recommend this cabin to any family or group wanting to experience a First Class vacation in the Mountains of North Georgia. The owners were a pleasure to work with and went beyond helpful as we had some tenuous weather headed our way. The cabin was immaculate upon arrival and had everything we needed for a wonderful 6 days of mountain memories. (Bring your camera :)

This was our first visit to Blue Ridge and we could not have chosen a nicer cabin ! It was nicely furnished and super clean. We were looking for a place to relax for 4 nights, and this was perfect. We spent a day on a boat, hiked one day, and shopped another day. Perfect. We also used the hot tub daily. Thanks, Faye, for all your hospitality. We hope to come back !

This house is perfect for a large family or adults. We particularly enjoyed the screened in deck on the main level and the hot tub on the lower level. The lower bedroom with bunk beds, the Wii game and large TV was perfect for the kids. It is a warm, cozy cabin with beautiful furnishings and in excellent condition. I hope we can return one day.

We searched a long time online for the perfect getaway cabin and this one did not disappoint! Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids under age 4) enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay in mid July. The beautiful screened porch was exceptionally relaxing, and the kids had the most fun in the bunkroom and playing with the Wii. The location was fantastic - only a few minutes from everything in Blue Ridge (really)! The owner was great to work with and made sure everything was in order for us. Clean, comfortable, luxurious, and relaxing; would definitely recommend. We'll be back; thanks again Faye!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to your cabin. We were up on a mountain, but so close to everything. We especially enjoyed the porch at night time and the great view. It was so peaceful and quiet - a great time of relaxing and enjoying the mountains. The cabin exceeded our expectations - it was in top notch condition and maintained the same. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy some God-given wonders and rest at the same time during our stay at your cabin. We hope to return as soon as we can!

All we could say for a few minutes was "WOW". My husband asked me before we left "do you think the cabin is as nice as the pictures" as we had been burnt on our summer vacation. Let me say that we were in no way disappointed. It was absolutely GORGEOUS. We all agreed that this is the place we'll be spending our mountain time. I promise you will not be disappointed. There are no words to describe how beautiful the cabin is and the views. Not one time did we look for something did we not find it. We had more luxuries than home. Thanks Fay and Don for a great fall vacation. Look forward to seeing you again soon.
