My properties (13 villas) are in one of the most "sought after vacation spots" in Eleuthera. Here in Rainbow Bay--you can walk from Atlantic to Caribbean in 15 minutes or less, have the use of a private tennis court, and visit some of the "best" snorkeling areas on Eleuthera.
All houses have a land line base phone or cell phone, satellite systems, washer and dryer, central air, full kitchens, barbecue pit, "breathtaking" view of either the Atlantic or Caribbean Sea--and in some cases both. Watch the Cruise ships sail by on weekends, enjoy a breathtaking beach (Rainbow Bay Beach) with cabanas and picnic benches (provided and maintained by our professional Association).

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
A One Week Rental requires standard fees (full fee), which will include
a 50% down Payment 30 Days before arrival, plus a $150/250 deposit.
Weekly Rates ..$750-$1500.
Because of the different types of properties I have (13), the fees will vary:
14 nights rental allows a 10% discount.
21 nights rental allows a 15% discount.
1 Month rentals allows a 20% discount.
