The following point is THE MOST IMPORTANT thing to consider when deciding which beach house you want to rent: THIS IS THE BEST DEAL FOR A 5BR "IN" ROSEMARY THAT IS THIS CLOSE TO THE BEACH, PERIOD. YOU WILL NOT FIND A HOUSE IN ROSEMARY, CLOSER TO THE BEACH, FOR LESS MONEY! IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A 5BR IN ROSEMARY, THIS IS THE BEST "BANG FOR YOUR BUCK"! "Shore To Please" is truly one of the premier rental properties IN Rosemary Beach! While many other properties on VRBO claim to be "in" Rosemary Beach, only to let you down when you start reading the fine print and find out that they are really not (OR worse yet, you don't find out the truth until you actually get there!!), this property most definitely is.... It is located on the eastern side of Rosemary beach (south side of HWY 30-A)'only' 80 yards off the beach!
Enjoy the magnificent West Indies decor in both the main house and the spacious carriage house. The four bedroom two and a half Bath main house comes complete with a VERY big 44 inch Projection screen TV/DVD in the living room, a 34 inch Flat screen TV in the master, (Not to mention the BRAND NEW 32" VIZIO flat panel HDTV/DVD if you rent the carriage house too!) There is a wonderful third floor loft area with unforgettable gulf views, a trundle bed (sleeps 2), DayBed, a 28" FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD area WITH PHILLIPS CD/DVD THEATRE SYSTEM AND SURROUND SOUND for the kids (or the adults that just want to get away from it all), and even a giant swing (sleeps one VERY comfortably). Yes, that's right, THERE IS A TV/DVD SET UP IN EVERY BEDROOM!! Good luck finding that in any other rental house IN Rosemary Beach! The Master BR has a BRAND NEW Serta King Pillowtop Mattress that is heavenly to sleep on, at night AND for those mid-day naps!! The wrap-around balcony off the master bedroom is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunset. With over 3200 square feet of space (Main and Carriage houses), there is PLENTY of room for large families and multiple families to enjoy the beach together!
The carriage house is a full studio (one bedroom, one bath) with a queen bed as well as inflatable queen bed. It has a kitchen and its own Washer/ dryer in the garage, directly below. 18 foot ceilings, a BRAND NEW VIZIO flat panel 32" HDTV/DVD player, and comfortable sitting area are all part of its charm!
Outside the house, there are 2 showers, and a patio area, complete with cast iron table and chairs! This setup is PERFECT for the mid-day lunch or snack time for the kids, after playing at the beach. There's even an OUTDOOR FIREPLACE, which is ideal for the fall, winter, and spring!! Just imagine, relaxing on a cool, brisk night, enjoying a nice dinner, with a roaring fire there to warm you....all underneath the stars!! PERFECT!!
Rosemary Beach is designed by the same town planners who created Seaside 20 years ago and is set high upon the dunes overlooking the pristine white sands and crystal waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is a well-planned community, highly accommodating to pedestrians.
The location of "Shore To Please" is quite ideal as you can walk anywhere in Rosemary - the Town Center with its restaurants and a sweet shop, the four neighborhood pools, the tennis courts, the Solace Day Spa, the fitness center, or the beach - in five minutes or less. There is a WONDERFUL children's playground just out the back door (litterally "in" the back yard!!) that the children of past renters have fallen in love with!
Two of the four pools, the world-famous Coquina pool {heated when needed} is one street over and the Sky Pool {heated year-round and fully enclosed with climate control --even the FLOOR is heated!!} is a quick three minute walk. The vibrant colors of nature, pristine boardwalks, expansive green common areas and native wildflowers, including blooming rosemary the community takes its name from, all combine to make Rosemary Beach a very unique and desirable destination. There's even a GOLF COURSE just minutes away!! Call Origins for tee times!
Rosemary Beach also has a bank {Amsouth} with ATM; a cozy COFFEE SHOPPE, Movie Rentals, a spa {Solace Day Spa} that offers a wide variety of relaxing spa treatments, including massage therapy, luxurious facials, nails services, and refreshing body treatments, all in a unique tropical setting with trained professionals; and a state of the art, brand new, fitness center- the Rosemary Beach Fitness Center {a nominal fee for guests-$15/day, $70/week} with top of the line resistance and cardiovascular training equipment with degreed and certified personal training and instruction.

We were at Rosemary for a wedding, and had 14 people staying in the house. It held us all quite comfortably! I was amazed. The kitchen is well-outfitted with everything we needed to cook with. The men loved the outdoor seating areas... perfect for beer time. The wrap around balcony was a welcome sight. None of the other Rosemary houses we've stayed at have had one. We will recommend o all our friends!

We've always rented from the rental agency there in Rosemary Beach. The quality was just ok, not great, and the price was always SKY HIGH. Then, my father in law found this house on VRBO. We were a little cautious at first, since we'd always rented direct from Rosemary. Bottom line is that we got a BETTER house for only HALF the price! We couldn't believe it whn we showed up. The rooms are big, the 3rd floor loft was very open and spacious, and the boardwalk to the beach is right behind the house. We'll be coming back next year!

We've stayed at Watercolors every year for the past 5. This was our first time in Rosemary, and this house was just what we needed! It's on the side of Rosemary that's away from all the hustle and bustle. no construction noise, no cars, and it's on the beach side! We were so proud to find this gem of a house. Bike rentals were a quick 4 minute walk for us, to downtown. The restaurants were top notch.

This is our 8th year coming to Rosemary for the Winter. First off, let me just say that you won't find a better snow-free vacation spot than Rosemary Beach for the winter. The weather is perfect, in the 60's, the air is crisp, the beach beautiful. Perfect weather for the outdoors. We've stayed in all the 4 and 5 BR's offered on the beach side, and this was by far our fave! It has everything you need, lots of tv's, outdoor sitting area, grills, and the beds are great! Will be returning next winter.

From the moment we walked in and saw the immaculate flooring, we were hooked. The bedrooms were well-decorated and very cozy, and it helped that each one had its own TV. My mother in law loves to cook, so the fully equipped kitchen was a welcome sight. We made all the kids - 6 of them! - sleep up in the 3rd floor loft, and they were in heaven. They left the adults alone, with plenty of activities to entertain themselves up there. We will definitely come back next year.

This is house WAY bigger than the pictures make it out to be! We were very pleased with how 10 of us found the main house --the 4 bedroom house-- to be more than enough room. The bedding is laid out very well. The queen bedroom on the first floor was a nice touch. We've stayed at many Rosemary houses, and not many have a queen bedroom on the first floor. My mother is elderly and she appreciated that. Thanks again, and we'll be back next year for sure.

I highly recommend this house for large families. With my brothers and sisters, and their familes, we have 16 total. At first glance, we thought there was no way this house could accomodate us all, but we were wrong. It has plenty of space and the bedrooms are huge. We will be staying here again!

My children and grandchildren rented this house for a week after Christmas, and had a great time. There were no problems while there, except for a very weak wi-fi signal in the carraige house. After I was home two weeks, management notified me that they were keeping my entire security deposit, accusing us of breaking the door lock. They sent me a video of the property manager stating that the back door lock made clicking noises when operated, and that it might fail soon. The first comment on the video is that the door would "lock and unlock." Management would not send me a copy of the invoice for the lock. If you do rent the house, be sure that no appliance, television, door knob, or anything else makes strange sounds, because it may fail soon and you will lose your security deposit. There is absolutely no appeal from their decision and they will keep your money without giving the customer the benefit of the doubt.
Owner response:Over the past 6 years, we've only needed to keep 2 security deposits, due to damage. We have ample evidence that this renter broke the door handle we charged him for (including video evidence and sworn statements from cleaning staff, repairman, and property managers). We DID send this renter the invoice (via email, so there is evidence), which they claim we did not. Therefore, this renter's assertion that we unjustly kept their security deposit is ridiculous and not based in fact. It is unfortunate that VRBO allows reviews like this, that have ZERO truth to them, and are intended only to slander the property owners, to remain up. Please look at our other reviews, for the truth about this property, and not this slanderous account. We have had other renters ask us about this, and we have shown them the video of the broken door handle. Their responses have overwhelmingly been, "Of course that handle is broken. I would have kept their deposit too!"

Our family had a FANTASTIC time at this Shore To Please property in Rosemary. The home was fabulous, and we loved that there was such a short walk to the beach where we spent most of our time. The bedrooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed every second of our time at Rosemary, and could not have asked for better accomodations. In fact, we did not want to leave at the end of the week, and arranged to stay an additional day to have more time to enjoy this wonderful place. One major selling point was the pet-friendly aspect of this home. It was very important to us to find a place where our dog would be allowed. It was a nice change to have her on vacation with us. From day one at this home we began planning our trip for next year to the same place! Thanks for allowing us to stay there, and cannot wait to visit again!!

First off, THANK YOU for adding the desk in the master BR. We are repeat renters and noticed it right away. It is PERFECT for my (large) laptop and business documents. I know people aren't supposed to work on vacation, but I guess I'm the outlier.. This is definitely our favorite house in Rosemary. We've stayed at ALL of the 4 and 5 BR's on the south side (none on the north side), and I can tell you that, for the price, there is no competition. Some of the other houses may have a pool, or a bigger TV in the living room, but is it really worth spending $3,000 extra for? Not for us. This house has it all!
