This cute and cozy 2 bedroom cottage is bright and clean with fresh paint and furnishings and sleeps four comfortably. A beautiful saltwater cove is a short walk away. If you choose, Falmouth Heights Beach is just one mile away; a short bike ride or car ride down the street. Enjoy all of the amenities of Cape Cod including a short drive to Falmouth Harbor and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, fine dining, family dining and a vast array of shops and boutiques. Summer Whale watches out of Barnstable Harbor or Provincetown are always a pleasure.
For those who wish a slightly slower place, Cape Cod is very pleasant in the fall. Avoid the summer crowds and visit when the Cape is beautiful in fall colors.

This summer home has a perfect location to beautiful beaches, the islands Ferry, and a really fun saltwater cove w/in walking distance. Everything was clean, well equipped, and kid friendly. The owners are very nice and pleasant to deal with. An excellent vacation spot!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our 2 week stay was lovely. This home is clean and wel equiped. It is quite centrally located with nice bike trails to take you to main street or the beach. We will definately return next year!!

We recently were in Falmouth for a wedding and could not have had a better time or stayed at a better place. This house is in a perfect location and great for parties of 4 people (possibly up to 6). The owners were easy to work with and very accomodating. I would recommend this house and and location to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We made our first trip to the east coast for a wedding in Falmouth. We couldn't have imagined a better time of year to come, and a better place to stay. The house was great. Perfect for the four of us, plenty of room, with nice sized bedrooms. The house was bright with lots of windows and a great yard to bbq on, or lay around in the hammock. The house was within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the middle of the downtown area. The owners were a pleasure to work with and communicated months in advance down to the day we arrived. I can't wait for our next trip to Cape Cod...hopefully this house will be available.
