  Sorry it took me so long to leave this review. This is the unit that we had rented for our vacation. However, there was a booking error, so when we went to enter our room someone else was in there. We were mortified and worried that we brought all these people on a vacation and we didn't have a place to stay. We called immediately and within 1 hour, she had given us a Penthouse unit for the evening to stay in. Although the upgrade was nice, we were worried that we would have to pack all of our stuff up and move to our room in the morning. She called us the next morning and told us that if we were comfortable we could stay in the upgraded unit for the remainder of our trip. We are so grateful for her wonderful customer service. Mistakes and accidents happen, but when we gave her a chance to fix it, she did not disappoint us!!! Thank you Felicia, we will stay with you again!!!

  This room is awesome!!! It is super comfortable and has been decorated very nicely. The complete experience from booking the room to departure was seamless. I would highly recommend a stay.

  We had a GREAT time & the condo was wonderful!!! So pretty & clean (that's the main thing). We definately want this exact condo next year. Thanks for helping us.

  What an excellent condo!! Our family of 6 had plenty of space and really enjoyed our week renting this unit. Felicia and her staff provided fantastic communication and were a true pleasure to work with. We received a call on our cell phone the day of our arrival providing us with a cell phone to contact with any questions or issues with the unit. The condo was in the condition we were promised and then some. Being on the 4th floor was perfect with a great view and very quiet at night. The pictures do not do the unit justice as the master suite is huge with a very nice walk-in closet. The balcony is spacious and a great place to spend our late night evenings after a stroll on the beach to finish up with a night-cap. We will definitely come back and work with these owners again!!   Thank you for a wonderful Labor Day week! The condo was better than the pictures, loved the colors so bright, and tuscan. The granite countertops, and tile in the kit was a plus, and very lovely. The bedding was so comfortable, and enjoyed every night of sleep. Thank you for working with us in the checking in and out. Looking forward to renting from you again! Phillip and Sara

  This unit is amazing! We loved our stay in PC. The location is perfect because we could walk to Pier Park. I would highly recommend unit 406 for your vacation stay.

  Wow! What a beautiful unit! Furniture is gorgeous. Glad you have the beach setup ... the umbrella and lounge chairs come in handy. Cafe across the street was one of our favorites. Parking was never a hassle. Very clean complex. We'd love to come back!

  What a beautiful Condo to spend a vacation in. The beach and the weather were great, The pools are super to just relax in or swim laps. The best part is undoubtedly the condo. Everything is there and super comfortable for a relaxing time!! See you all next year!
