This Southwestern decorated vacation rental is a condo unit in Redwood Commons (unit B-4) and is only two blocks from the ski resort where one of two high-speed quads, the Chili Express, carries you 2000 vertical feet to the top of the mountain. Only eight minutes from the ski base to the summit. This gives you 67 ski trails to try your skills regardless of your ability.
Only 15 hours from Phoenix, 10 from Oklahaoma City, 6 from Lubbock, 5 from Amarillo or Denver and 3 from Albuquerque.
The Living room was recarpeted in August 2003. There are two large bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a queen bed and a bunk bed set, there also is a sofa/hidabed in the living room in this vacation rentals by owner.
This fully-equipped vacation condominium needs only you and some grub to complete this outstanding mountain hideaway. At nearly 9000 feet, the views are excellent.
This condo sleeps 6-8 and has a complete kitchen with all modern appliances. A nice deck is available for eating or watching mother nature. Across the street is a private picnic area for your enjoyment.
The living area includes a woodburning fireplace with the wood provided and was carpeted in the Summer 2003.
Paved off-street parking is right in front of the door. Walk two blocks to the Chili Express quad lift or take the Angel Fire "Magic Bus".
Angel Fire Ski Resort is a family-oriented ski area with a large percentage of blue and green trails. Included is a world-renowned Children's Ski Center. The slopes are equally divided between Beginner, Intermediate, and Expert slopes. Snow making is possible on over half the trails.
The ski area includes 19KM of groomed Nordic trails.
Snowboards are welcome - the resort recently completed a new half-pipe area. This one of the few resort in New Mexico with two high-speed quad lifts. Now AF boasts 2 Terrain Parks for more exciting skiing or boarding.
Enjoy your nights sitting in front of the fireplace. Shop in nearby Taos, Red River or only 90 minutes to Santa Fe.
This ski resort location is equally beautiful in the summer where you can golf at the resort's PGA course, hike the Carson National Forest, or fish the best spot in New Mexico at nearby Eagle Nest Lake.
