Welcome to our Balboa Island getaway, located just up the street from the Balboa Island Ferry. We just completed furnishing our 3-bedroom home with every amenity to ensure that you and your family will have a wonderful vacation experience and that you'll want to return again and again. The comfortable living area has plenty of seating for the family to spend time together while playing games, planning your days, or enjoying the large flat-screen television.
The master bedroom has a king bed; the second, a queen bed; and the third bedroom has sleeping accommodations for 5 people,including 2 full-sized bunk beds and a twin bed. All bedrooms have new flat-screen TVs. Our home has 3 full bathrooms and a 2-car enclosed garage. You also can enjoy barbequing in the outside area, complete with table and chairs.
The small, sandy beaches of the island are just a half block from the house. Enjoy walking along the boardwalk while viewing beautiful homes, or watching yachts and sail boats navigate in the glistening harbor. Shop to your heart's content at the charming shops on Marine Blvd., or satisfy your hunger at the many restaurants and coffee shops on the island.
Balboa Island is just off the coast of Newport Beach and is a short drive away from many Southern California attractions, including Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo, and much, much more. Only 15 minutes away from the Santa Ana/Orange County airport, and 50 minutes south of Los Angeles International Airport.
