Welcome to our Balboa Island getaway, located just up the street from the Balboa Island Ferry. This 3-bedroom home has been furnished with every amenity to ensure that you and your family will have a wonderful vacation experience and that you'll want to return again and again. The comfortable living area has plenty of seating for the family to spend time together while playing games, planning your days, or enjoying the large flat-screen television.
The master bedroom has a king bed; the second, a queen bed; and the third bedroom has sleeping accommodations for 5 people,including 2 full-sized bunk beds and a twin bed. All bedrooms have new flat-screen TVs. Our home has 3 full bathrooms and an enclosed garage. You also can enjoy barbequing in the outside area, complete with table and chairs.
The small, sandy beaches of the island are just a half block from the house. Enjoy walking along the boardwalk while viewing beautiful homes, or watching yachts and sail boats navigate in the glistening harbor. Shop to your heart's content at the charming shops on Marine Blvd., or satisfy your hunger at the many restaurants and coffee shops on the island.
Balboa Island is just off the coast of Newport Beach and is a short drive away from many Southern California attractions, including Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo, and much, much more. Only 15 minutes away from the Santa Ana/Orange County airport, and 50 minutes south of Los Angeles International Airport.

We had the most wonderful stay on Balboa Island. We had spectacular weather - who needs air conditioning? The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. We had a very short walk to the ferry and a nice walk to the restaurants so we could work off some of the tasty treats we found on Marine street. Our entire vacation was such a pleasure. We feel very lucky to have found your rental home. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations on Balboa Island.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Our family has vacationed on Balboa Island for 20 years and there are few property that compare to this vacation home's amenities. The home is immaculate which to me is always most important. It's decorated beautifully,has a flat screen in every bedroom. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissue, bath gel give you the feeling your are staying at a hotel and not a rental. There are bikes in the garage and the location of the home is the best on the island since it is walking distance to the ferry and just across the street is a lovely breakfast place to have coffee.
