It has a huge covered rear porch and still plenty of room for sunbathing. This home has a chefs kitchen, huge master suite, and outdoor kitchen/bbq area. It is only 5 minutes to Windsor Beach Boat Launch and many restaurants and shopping. The 13' tall by 65' long RV bay is perfect for the boat or RV. For summer visitors, there is no need to unhook the boat from the vehicle, just pull them both in and be ready to hit the lake again the next day.
This home has many upgrades, such as ceiling fans and TV's in all bedrooms, garbage disposal, water softener & R/O drinking water. This home was completed in December '06....It is brand new! Security Deposit: 1/2 month rent on monthly, $1000 weekly/nightly, $2000 Holidays.
All Rentals (nightly, weekly or monthly) subject to $185 cleaning fee.
All Rentals less than 1 month are subject to local lodging taxes of 10.78%.
All Rentals subject to charge for propane useage to heat pool/spa.
