This gorgeous brand new custom Santa Fe Style home has great views of the lake from the master suite, kitchen, family room and pool/spa area. It has a huge covered rear porch and still plenty of room for sunbathing. This home has a chefs kitchen, huge master suite, and outdoor kitchen/bbq area. It is only 5 minutes to Windsor Beach Boat Launch and many restaurants and shopping. The 13' tall by 65' long RV bay is perfect for the boat or RV. For summer visitors, there is no need to unhook the boat from the vehicle, just pull them both in and be ready to hit the lake again the next day.

This home has many upgrades, such as ceiling fans and TV's in all bedrooms, garbage disposal, water softener & R/O drinking water. This home was completed in December '06....It is brand new! It has been professionaly landscaped and decorated. It has extensive use of tile, with carpet in all of the bedrooms.
