Enjoy Park City like an insider from the comfort of our (and now your own), Newly Decorated, 1700 square foot, 2 Bedroom, 2 ½ Bath, pied-a-terre Townhouse (only ten years new, hot air heated with humidifier) located just at the top of Main Street.
If you’re driving, just touch your clicker and pull right into your full size garage - with lockers for all of your sport gear. All the activity of Main Street (movies, restaurants, shops, clubs, etc.) is just a short walk down the street.
Up the stairs there’s the wood floor living room with gas fireplace, new dark leather sofa, loveseat and chair with pillows and throws, wireless hi-speed internet and, of course, cable TV. Adjacent is the full kitchen and eating area with both counter seating and dining table. Here, you’re surrounded by large, sunny windows looking out on a snowy treed mountainside and neighbors walking their outdoor-loving dogs in the snow. You’ll love inviting friends over for wine and cheese.
Upstairs the master bedroom with big frame Queen Bed, TV, double sink bath and walk-in closet has its own small deck - too cold for use in winter, but a very pleasing sight with winter white lights on the railing. Crack a window if you like, and sleep like a log in the crisp winter air.
Top floor also has big frame Queen Bed, TV, its own small bath and walk-in closet - and is our own romantic Room With a View. Warm flannel sheets, thick white towels, black plates, blue glasses, stainless flatware for eight. Dishwasher, microwave, Hamilton Beach Brewmaster coffee, Avante Hi Speed 4 Bread/Bagel Toaster to get you started, gas burner and gas grill, washer and dryer upstairs.
Sorry, smokers and pets are not invited.
Living room sofa-sleeper can hold two small kids only.
