This newly completed penthouse is perched alone on the top floor of Las Olas Condominiums. Las Olas is a beachfront complex and sits on three of Mexico's best surf breaks, the Rock, Zippers, and Old Mans. These breaks offer a challenge for every surf level (including lessons) from Beginner to the advanced Shredder. Las Olas is situated on the Sea of Cortez, a quick 10 minute ride from the quaint downtown area of San Jose del Cabo, and 25 minutes from Cabo San Lucas.
Our luxury Penthouse has three bedrooms, as well as a den that can be converted into a fourth bedroom, and three full baths and a powder room. The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed, private patio, walk-in closet, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. One guest room has its own covered palapa patio and a double bed. The other guest room has two twin beds. The open floor plan includes a large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and an amazing ocean view. Also, there are separate dining and living areas in addition to the den/fourth bedroom.
The approximate 2500 square feet of indoor living space flows to three palapa covered patios each with a white water ocean view. There is outdoor dining as well as casual outdoor spaces with comfortable furnishings on which to relax and indulge in sea smells and breaking waves. This is truly a luxurious space with thoughtful kitchen amenities, 600 thread count linens, and beautiful Mexican artwork and furnishings. Just bring your toothbrush.
San Jose is a fantastic combination of old Mexico charm and architecture, with fantastic modern restaurants, art galleries, and shopping. Or for the adventure inclined, head to Cabo San Lucas for even more activities including fishing, whale watching, parasailing and even more great shopping, restaurants, and world class night clubs. Los Cabos is famous for golf and offers many world class golf courses. There is definitely something for everyone in this lovely and diverse resort area. |
