How would you like to enjoy awe-inspiring sunrises and sunsets every day for your entire vacation? Well, you can if you are at this condominium!
It is situated on the tenth floor directly overlooking the fabulous Gulf of Mexico with views of Sanibel and Captiva Islands on the horizon. Your view also includes our beautiful, heated, Olympic-sized, swimming pool surrounded by palm trees and perfectly situated on 12-acres of manicured grounds.
If you come to our condominium, you will enjoy our tropical decor and our newly updated, Florida-style furnishings. We have a king-size bed with a sound-absorbent movable screen between the bedroom and queen-size sleeper sofa for additional family or friends.
A loveseat and club chair complete the living room's seating capacity where you can watch cable TV or play your own CDs on our portable stereo player. Our kitchen is fully equipped and seats four comfortably.
Walking along the beach to collect those seashells, taking those pictures of roseate spoonbills, watching the dolphins frolic in the gulf, or enjoying the late afternoon thirst quencher at a nearby tiki bar - any of these activities will give you hours of enjoyment in this tropical paradise.
If you wish, you can drive to Sanibel or Naples on a shopping spree, try your luck on the Big 'M' casino boat, or rent a pontoon boat at the marina across the street and cruise the exciting back bay hoping to catch a glimpse of our endangered manatees.
We also have four clay tennis courts, gas grills for your early evening picnic, and shuffleboard and horseshoe games. You can rent bikes across the street at a full-service shopping plaza that also includes three great restaurants. In addition, you can ride the beach trolley for $.25 to explore our seven-mile beach for more shopping or dining, or to visit the Times Square area. And, there is an 18-hole, executive golf course right across the street if you are a duffer.
Overall, though, our balcony is the best... eating breakfast as the sun rises or enjoying those cocktails while watching the surreal sunsets is really a 'little bit of heaven' on earth!
If you choose us more than once, we will guarantee the same, quite fair, rental rates. We will allow you to earn rental credits if you refer any additional renters to us.
So, come to Fort Myers Beach. Whether you are a romantic, golf addict, fisherman, or just looking for rest and relaxation, we have it all and it is yours to enjoy! Is not it time you followed the sun!!!
