This property is in a perfect proximity to the Times Square area and one block from the new restauraunts and shops on the newly renovated Old San Carlos Blvd. The Beach is right across the street.

The property is located on the North end of Estero Boulevard, which avoids waiting in traffic to leave the island. There is also a canal in the rear which provides boating access to the Gulf.

There is a pool, hot tub, and tiki bar in rear of property.

The Beach and Times Square area are a very short walk.
