Our golf villa is a one bedroom, one bath with an extra sink and dressing room, living room, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, new refrigerator, washer and dryer. This is a spacious 700 square foot (including screened patio), second floor condominium, beautifully renovated. Watch the golfers on the lanai after a long day at the beach. Comfortable, fresh and relaxing.
This condominium is perfect for a small family or for the snow bird couple. There is an elevator for extra convenience. Open to every activity, but private and quiet. There is something for everyone at any age in ocean village.

There are 10 tennis courts, nine-hole three par golf course, four heated pools, hot tub, tiki bar, exercise room, basketball, volleyball, bocce, sauna, raquetball courts, shuffleboard, and more. Private beach, Atlantic Ocean, located directly on the beach. Golf is free in the summer, $3 fee in high season (winter). Ocean Village is a gated community.

Deep sea fishing and party boats availible from Fort Pierce Marina, surf fishing right off the beach for Blue fish, Pompano and many other species. Ocean village has golfing 9 holes, tennis, bocci ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, volleyball, workout gym, saunas, and 4 pools to choose from with the main pool having diect access to the beach a tiki hut for lunch and drinks. There is biking and nature trails that is now part of the east coast greenway right outside the community. Los Angeles Dodgers and New York Mets spring training camps nearby

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Village
We choose this location not for rental reasons, but because we love being next to the ocean. It is not over developed, but everything we need is close. My family loves to spend time in Ocean Village it is so relaxing for us, the pools, golfing, tennis and of course the beach. I can personal say it is wonderful family time for us. We are a family of five and when we spend time at our condo it always brings us closer together. :)kim
