This unit is above the Reedsport Outdoor Store. It is well set back from Highway 101 and is very quiet and cozy at night for a restful sleep.
Reedsport is set back from the ocean, and the weather is a lot warmer than being close to the beach. In Reedsport the sun is shining while in Winchester Bay it is foggy many times. Play in Winchester Bay, but come back to Reedsport for warmth!
Fully furnished and outfitted, just bring your food and beach towels. Check in time 3:00 p.m. Check out time 11:00 a.m.
It is not permitted to remove towells or linens from the unit.
Two Queen Size Beds, one in each bedroom. Two twin beds in the third bedroom.
Board games and books. Cyclone fenced storage yard for parking of boats or ATVs. Crab pots available on request (use is free but refundable deposit required).
Activities and Attractions
This rental is directly across the street from the Skateboard Park. ATV Rentals are available in the store next door to the Reedsport Outdoor Store. Three miles from the dunes for ATV riding or hiking.
Winchester Bay is just a short drive down Highway 101 and offers many opportunities for crabbing, fishing, whale watching, lighthouse tours, boating, beach combing and kite flying.
Lake Marie, near the lighthouse, is great for swimming and has picnic tables and a lovely sandy beach. Great for the little ones!
Three restaurants on the next block on the south side of the rental for eat in or take out. There is a Chinese food eatery two blocks north on 101.
We love pets and will accommodate responsible pet owners. Please inquire if you will be bringing pets. Pets must never be left in the rental un-attended.
We request that all used linens be placed on the washer and dryer
prior to departure.
Two night minimum. Holidays three night minimum, includes Memorial Day, Independence day and Labor Day. Summer rates apply for all winter holidays, which include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Presidents' Day and Easter.
$300 security deposit at time of booking fully refundable after checkout. Not refundable if booking is cancelled less than two weeks before booked dates. $100 cleaning deposit at check in, refundable if unit is left in a like-found condition.
