We are a sun loving family with a passion for white sand beaches and crystal clear blue ocean water. We purchased this condominium unit because of its convenient location to Florida, ease of travel, quality of beach and nearby shopping and restaurants. You've got the Bahamas with an international airport only ten minutes away...
This well appointed and convenient ground floor condominium unit is strategically located in the Lucaya Beach area of Freeport, Grand Bahama. A short walk down the beach to Port Lucaya and the casino, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. White sand beach, crystal clear water and never crowded.
We have completely redone the bathroom and added a new microwave and range in a fully equiped kitchen (blenders, etc.) Also added a new charcoal grill for guest use.
Our local guest service representative is available to greet you at the airport or port on arrival and return you at the end of your stay. Cost for this service is $25.00 each way paid directly to our representative. We'll coordinate this for you when you reserve the condo.
Comprising 24 units in three two story buildings, the setting is quiet and relaxed... sort of a Coconut Grove or Key West atmosphere. Our unit has a newly remodeled bathroom with many new upgrades throughout.
We also have a Middle Florida Keys apartment and house and a Tennessee Smoky Mountain area home/retreat on 115 acres for rent.

Rates may vary somewhat depending upon length of visit and time of year.
At this time we only accept Paypal and payment by check, cash or money order.
A security deposit of $500 will be charged and returned at check out after
inspection of the unit.
