This newly decorated large end unit townhouse is located in Sailmaster Villas, a quiet neighborhood in Shipyard Plantation. The upstairs has two large bedrooms with en-suite baths and sliding glass doors to large balconies. One bed is a king and the other bedroom has twin beds. Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer make cooking and cleaning as easy as home. There is a half bath downstairs.
The large back yard overlooks a golf course. The shared pool just rebuilt with new furniture is across the street from the condominium. The ocean and beach is one mile away. The telephone is restricted to local calls, but you can dial long distance calls by keying in your credit card. NO ANIMALS OR SMOKING. There is an in town rental manager for emergencies.
The beach is a 15-minute walk or five-minute bike or car ride away. During the summer season, a free "courtesy cart" shuttle is available between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you just feel like lounging, a large pool is on site for guests.
The plantation features 27 holes of golf (greens fees not included) as well as miles of biking and hiking trails. Hilton Head offers every sort of water activity imaginable, fine dining at numerous restaurants and shopping at a variety of outlet and/or specialty stores. The renowned Crowne Plaza Resort is a short walk away. |
