You simply cannot find a better location if you're looking for oceanfront beach access and our off-peak rates are unbeatable for the size, location and luxury found in this home. This home is right on the soft, sandy beach...step out the back sliding glass doors onto the sand! Sweeping ocean views, gourmet kitchen with 2 sinks, top-of-the line appliances, enormous 2-person Jacuzzi tub in the master.
This spectacular home has three bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a king bed, large windows that look out on the ocean. The two separate guest bedrooms each have views of the Alsea Bridge and share a full bath with an extra deep soaking tub. One guest bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a queen and a double. The spacious great room adjoins a kitchen with granite counter tops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Large flat screen TV, DVD in the great room. A separate laundry area in the hall with new washer/dryer. Deep 2-car garage. There is also a pull out sofa in the great room. The home accommodates 10.
Bayshore Estates is adjacent to the town of Waldport and is centrally located in relation to Florence, Newport and other areas of interest. This truly is a spectacular area and one of the very few that provides immediate beach access on low bank dunes, which is very rare on the Oregon coast.
This home was just built and furnished in a very tasteful manner. Views await from almost every window in the home--there is even a view of the Pacific Ocean from the 2-person Jacuzzi. The great room and master bedroom both have vaulted ceilings and numerous ceiling fans for the warmer summer days. Very large table in the dining area (with leaf in the closet) provides enough sitting for at least 8 people. Additionally, three bar stools are placed next to the kitchen island for even more seating. Home is large, about 2200 square feet.
Closets are filled with lots and lots of games and puzzles for all ages. Several boxes of toys are also available for those who would like to bring their children. Staying in the master bedroom is a true experience. Wake up on the king bed, which is lined with a feather bed, lounge and look out the large bay windows and watch the surf crash in your backyard. Free Wi-Fi, large garage, gas BBQ, chairs for the deck and so much more...

I must say we had the best possible weather...kind of a little bit of everything...lots of sun, very warm temps...a little fog...a little drizzle (fog and light rain on the same day) and then sun and breezy. Full moon brought the low tides and that was really the best as we had incredible walks and found all kinds of shells...sand dollars, etc. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we were right on the beach and the views...well aren't they just the best?

What a perfect weekend we enjoyed! The house is so beautiful and comfortable and the setting couldn't have been better. Waking up to the ocean every morning was such a thrill. We thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful gourmet kitchen and Jacuzzi tub. My 3-year old daughter was in heaven with the toy closet. I think that we'll make this a yearly tradition.
