Built as the first dwelling on Hancock Point in the mid-nineteenth century, this home was completely and extensively renovated in 1993. Located on the shore and looking south with sweeping panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island, the house has four bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. Three of the bedrooms overlook the view. Two have queen beds; one has a king. The fourth upstairs bedroom is a children's bunkroom with four twin beds in alcoves. An additional bedroom with two twin beds and a full bath is downstairs. On the first floor are a full kitchen with pantry, dishwaster, and a JennAir stove, dining room, living room with fireplace, laundry room with washer and dryer, powder room, den, and workshop. Outsitde, the front lawn leads to ledges and beaches on the shore.
