We love the beach as I'm sure you do. When we were purchasing we looked at many condos and communities. We loved the bright, spacious feel of this condo. We bought it brand new and this past weekend (5/23/09) when we visited, it still had that new smell. :-) It is such a relaxing area with so much to do so close by....Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Calabash, the beach cabana, the shuttle.....it always looks wonderful when we come down.
