The Kailua Beach Retreat is positioned in a wonderful location only 2 blocks from the most beautiful beach in Hawaii! The property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms within more than 2,000 square feet of interior space affording you only the most comfortable and luxurious vacation you could dream of. All three bedrooms have their own lanai entrance. Home includes a gourmet kitchen, stocked with all appliances and 4 grocery stores under a mile away as well as a private hot tub and outdoor shower. We provide all linens and towels including beach towels as well. The home is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The dining area opens to a private courtyard, complete with gas BBQ grill and comfortable, covered seating area. The Kailua Beach Retreat is a two-family home. The laundry area is shared.

Why the Owner Chose Kailua
Marlo and I have had the benefit of renting this property for over two years. We have shared the great pleasure of meeting families of travelers, vacationers and business people alike, always enjoying the opportunity to direct our renters to some of our favorite eateries and destinations around the island. We chose to purchase in Kailua after residing here for a few years. Kailua has small-town island flare with a lot of action; a nice get-away from the concrete jungle of Honolulu and Waikiki. And who can ignore Kailua's world-famous beaches! Thank you for your interest!
3 miles of beautiful sand beach. Kailua Beach park is ideal for picnics, BBQ's, and sports. Huge grass park at one of travel channels top 10 beaches.
Beautiful stretch of fine white sand beach over looking the famous Mokulua Islands 1/4 mi. off shore. Magical place for sunrise. (Mokulua Islands is a perfect destination of local kayakers.)
Beginners spot for surfers, Kayakers, great for long boarding.
3 Grocery Stores, 13 great restuarants, 5 bars and pubs, ample gift stores, bowling alley, board & kayak rental. 20 minutes from Airport, Honolulu, & Waikiki.
