Our two bedroom, one bath is a quite French County chic co-op. As an end unit we are surrounded by five historic trees and a large back yard with park view. The perfect place for a morning cup of coffee and a game of Bocce.
One can walk to the yachting village, mansions, tennis courts, three public parks and the beach. So leave your car in our parking lot and enjoy all the activities Newport has to offer.
Quite Condo living sleeps five. Newly renovated kitchen. Large parking lot. Washer and dryer in basement. Large back yard. The kitchen contains a GE profile dishwasher, microwave and oven, breakfast bar for two, new cabinets and cork floors. The bathroom has marble bath and floor, the bathtub is a shower with sliding glass door, large medicine cabinet. The living room features a French day bed with mattress, dining table for four opens to six, two cain bake chairs, armoire with TV and cable, black and white toile curtains, very sunny in morning.
The blue "First Mates" bedroom has a mahogany queen bed, large closet, and Betty’s hope chest. The Yellow Captains Bedroom has a full bed, desk and chair, Maritime art, large book cases, large closet.
The deck has white wicker love seat, green wicker arm chair and a small end table. The garden features roses and flowers, chefs herb garden.
The yard is 1/6 of a acre of unobstructed view. Please note small children will need to be watched for it is a open yard to street. No dogs are permitted on the grounds.
