Our home is across the street, but dune protection restricts building in front of our home. You have a FULL view of the ocean for about a mile in either direction.
This beautifully decorated home offers all the amenities and large rooms to entertain and sleep 10 comfortably. Each bedroom has its own private balcony, so you can view the ocean or the intercoastal waterway.
This part of the island is peaceful and relaxing, yet only minutes from stores and restaurants. And having your own private boardwalk ensures privacy while you relax in the sun with a good book or make sand castles with the kids. The large beach area ranges from 150ft. - 90ft., depending on tide, so there's plenty of space to play games or fly a kite.
After a relaxing day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower (temp-controlled) before gathering for dinner in air-conditioned comfort. The pub-style table in the spacious kitchen and adjoining living area, allows everyone to share the day’s stories while taking in the beautiful sunset. Amenities include high-speed internet, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Sony PS2, adult and children's board games.
