We take pride in offering our 2nd home as a rental; a one bedroom, one bath condo in the Shipwatch Pointe II complex in the Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach. It provides the perfect get-away for a couple or a family of up to four members. Updates include furniture, appliances with washer & dryer, floor coverings, hot water tank and HVAC system. We assure you that you will have a trouble free vacation. And if we can do anything to improve your stay, we will try our best to accommodate your needs.
The third floor unit overlooks the hot tub. Enjoy all of the comforts of home with a king sized bed in the bedroom, a pull out queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer,& 2 TV's with DVD players. Located just minutes from Myrtle Beach's best restaurants, golf courses, entertainment, and shopping. Less than 5 minutes from the beach with a peek of the ocean from the front door and bedroom.
Non smoking unit, Linens not provided, Motorcycles and trailers not permitted. Best suited for couples, or families with young children. Renters must abide by condominium assoc. rules and bylaws.

- Shipwatch Pointe II is a unique condominium community. In the middle of the complex is a courtyard that is nicely landscaped and features the hottub, a large outdoor pool, and an indoor pool to enjoy on those rainy days and for visitors during the cooler months. A tree is located in the courtyard that provides some privacy for our deck. Also below our unit is a small pavillion with two gas grills for the use of our guests. And of course the beach is nearby, less than a five minute walk. We provide beach chairs and a cart to get them to the beach, as well as your beach bag and a small cooler. All of the comforts of home plus more are right here for your memorable vacation getaway.
