This beautiful South Forest Beach villa is a short walk to the beautiful beach on the Atlantic Ocean, this villa is the closest Springwood villa to the beach and shopping. Also close by are Coligny Plaza and Harbor Town, both of which offer unique shopping and casual or fine dining. Bicycle/scooter rentals and horseback riding/stable are also close by, as are a dozen challenging public championship golf courses. Free tennis is included in the rental package.

Our spacious 1624 square foot villa is one of the largest rental villas on the island. It has been recently redecorated with all new furnishings such as leather double reclining sofa in living room, two rocker recliners,a new 42" plasma TV with digital cable and DVD player. The living room opens onto a balcony/deck overlooking a lagoon with fountain and walkway to the pool area. The beautiful large kitchen has brand new appliances, a microwave and a belgian waffle maker in addition to the normal amenities. The main floor bedroom has two double beds, TV, and private bath/shower. The upstairs bedrooms have one new King size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed, both with TV's with DVD or VCR and private bathrooms. There is a full laundry room with washer/dryer next to the kitchen, and a half bath off the living room. "WIRELESS INTERNET" is provided,so bring your laptop computers!

Guests are privileged to free use of the awesome Players Club fitness center with indoor swimming pool and raquetball courts, as well as one hour per day of free tennis at the world famous Dennis Van Der Meer Tennis Academy, both of which are next door. It is a short 7 minute walk to the beach, and 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella,boogie boards,rubber rafts, and a beach buggy are provided for your use.

  • I live on Hilton Head and love to entertain here but my house does not hold all my guests. I am so proud to recommend that my guests stay in this beautiful villa. My husband was in the short term rental business here and has seen the inside of many comparable units. We both would rate this villa superior as far as cleanliness, convenience to amenities and luxury goes.

  • Oh this is the prettiest condo I think I have stayed in while in Hilton Head. From the minute you walk in the door until you close the door to go home you have such a feeling of peace and tranquility. You feel like you are home with the ocean outside your door and fresh shrimp just down the street. It is just perfect!

  • What a beautiful condo! Close to the beach and so many other things...grocery, restaurants, shops. The first floor bedroom with it's own heat/ac was perfect for us. We couldn't have asked for more in the way of furnishings and kitchen equipment. Lovely view from back deck. I will definitely go back!
